Solicitei o serviço desta empresa, e inicialmente deram muita dor de cabeça, não enviaram o mostruário, foram receber a entrada antes de fechar o orçamento com valores, e atrasaram a entrega e o pior paguei com cheque onde o mesmo depositou antes da data, fazendo eu me perder no meu fluxo de caixa e correndo o risco de atrasar com outros fornecedores.
Não indico e nunca mais fecho serviço com essa empresa.
Uma verdadeira desorganização do início até o fim, portanto se não querem dor de cabeça procure uma empresa com ética. Pois o fato de ter depositado o meu cheque antes do combinado me faltou ética da parte deste fornecedor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muito triste a gente tentar incentivar o comércio local num lugar que não respeita o cliente. comprei duas máscaras, sei que é pouco, porém uma delas tinha problemas, não cumpria sua função ficando aberta em cima do nariz. Procurei hoje na tentativa de trocar, o rapaz não trocou, alegou que só "faz por defeito". oque seria isso então?
questionei, expliquei, mas não adiantou. deixei a máscara para a loja, talvez esteja precisando mais do que eu. Nunca mais!
Expliquei ainda que das duas que comprei, uma delas não ajusta a adequadamente no rosto em cima do nariz, não fui pedir troca de cor ou modelo! Duas feitas por eles, porém uma delas não cumpria a função correta de proteger, o atendente (um rapaz) foi taxativo não trocou!
