Depois da última vez que deixei meu computador lá, percebi que eles trocaram (sem me informar) meus parafusos manuais (que não precisam de chave) do gabinete por parafusos convencionais e eu fui impossibilitado de resolver uma emergência de última hora.
I bought several pieces and at different times I hired some of their services. After the last time I left my computer there, I noticed that they replaced (without informing me) my manual screws (which don't need a key) from the case for regular screws and I was unable to resolve a last minute emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema bem sério a uns anos atrás, onde eu havia comprado uma placa de vídeo com eles, na época era uma R7 360, na época havia um problema com meu hdd, deixei lá na assistência da odisseia informática confiando que iriam ajeitar meu PC, mas ao invés de consertarem falavam q a culpa era dos drives da minha placa de video, fui um total de 3 vezes lá, tive o mesmo atendimento e a mesma resposta nas 3.
Só resolvi o problema quase 4 meses depois, quando, por conta própria descobri como consertar, paguei quase 600 reais para a loja e não tive nenhum apoio da mesma, na época...

I only solved the problem almost 4 months later, when, on my own, I found out how to fix it, I paid almost 600 reais to the store and I didn't have any support from it, at the time...
