Comecei conversando via whatsapp para tirar todas as dĂșvidas e ir de primeira fazer os exames para nĂŁo ocorrer nada de errado pois iria com criança e por causa do meu trabalho, enviei foto do pedido e assim foi informado que o pedido estava incorreto, pedido estava na guia de um laboratĂłrio e plano nĂŁo aceitaria, fui informada que precisaria estar na guia do mĂ©dico com a assinatura do mesmo. Voltei na dentista e solicitei um novo pedido, conforme solicitado, ela escreveu conforme estava no antigo pedido e fui realizar o exame, chegando lĂĄ fui informada que a medica nĂŁo havia escrito o nome da minha filha completo e a dentista nĂŁo poderia assinar em cima do carimbo. OBS: A Ășnica orientação que foi me dada foi que precisaria do nome completo e assinatura fora do carimbo. Voltei na dentista e assim solicitei, no mesmo pedido ela completou o nome e assinou ao lado do carimbo e carimbou em outro lugar da folha para nĂŁo ter problema. Voltei com o pedido conforme foi solicitado e fui informada pela mesma funcionaria do inicio (whatsapp e e primeira vez que compareci a clinica) que o pedido nĂŁo estava com as descriçÔes corretas. Tentei explicar que ela nĂŁo tinha me solicitado isso na primeira vez e ela afirmando que tinha solicitado sim, ou seja sai de lĂĄ mais uma vez sem fazer o exame (no meu horĂĄrio de trabalho), em tempo de pandemia, com o local minĂșsculo, lotado eu estando com criança, saindo como mentirosa, sem nenhum pedido de desculpa (no mĂnimo). Se estivesse me pedido desde a conversa via whatsapp, nada disso teria acontecido. NĂO COMPAREĂAM NESTE LOCAL, TOTAL DESCASO COM OS PACIENTES, FALTA DE EMPATIA E COMPROMISSO. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESTE LOCAL. Estarei abrindo um sac no Bradesco SaĂșde para informar o ocorrido e solicitar o descredenciamento desta empresa.

I started chatting via whatsapp to clear up any doubts and go to the exams first, so that nothing goes wrong because I would go with the child and because of my work, I sent a photo of the order and was informed that the order was incorrect, the order was in a laboratory guide and plan would not accept it, I was informed that I would need to be on the doctor's guide with his signature. I went back to the dentist and asked for a new order, as requested, she wrote as it was in the old order and went to perform the exam, getting there I was informed that the doctor had not written my full daughter's name and the dentist could not sign on top of the stamp. NOTE: The only guidance I was given was that I would need the full name and signature outside the stamp. I went back to the dentist and so I requested, in the same order she completed the name and signed next to the stamp and stamped it elsewhere on the sheet so as not to have a problem. I returned with the order as requested and was informed by the same employee at the beginning (whatsapp is the first time I attended the clinic) that the order did not have the correct descriptions. I tried to explain that she hadnât asked me that the first time and she said that she had asked, yes, that is, she left there again without taking the exam (during my working hours), in pandemic time, with the tiny location, crowded me being with a child, leaving like a liar, without any apology (at least). If you had been asking me since the conversation via whatsapp, none of this would have happened. DO NOT COME IN THIS PLACE, TOTAL DISASTER WITH PATIENTS, LACK OF EMPATHY AND COMMITMENT. NEVER GO BACK IN THIS PLACE. I will be opening a sac at Bradesco SaĂșde to inform what happened and request the disqualification of this company.

â â â â â Minha filha foi muito bem atendida na unidade Tijuca, da recepção ao atendimento. A tĂ©cnica Alessandra teve toda paciĂȘncia em explicar o procedimento de raio x, por se tratar de uma criança, que estava com medo de fazer o exame. Atendimento de excelĂȘncia! Super indico.

â â â â â Excelente atendimento da tecnica Alessandra , tinha pavor de fazer raio X periapical , incomodava e machucava , tanto que meu pedido teve que ser trocado , pois fiquei adiando. A tecnica Alessandra foi muito atenciosa , profissional , ĂĄgil, , me deixou tranquila e quando me dei conta jĂĄ tinha feito, sem sentir. Faço questĂŁo de registrar , pois foi a primeira vez que aconteceu comigo . Indico a tĂ©cnica Alessandra.
Excellent service from Alessandra technique, I was terrified of doing periapical X-rays, it bothered and hurt, so much so that my order had to be changed, as I kept putting it off. The technician Alessandra was very attentive, professional, agile, she left me calm and when I realized I had already done it, without feeling it. â â â â â EXCELENTE atendimento!! Sempre quando vou lĂĄ vejo como eles tratam tĂŁo bem a todos. A moça que me atendeu foi super rĂĄpida, e eficiente, gentil, pq sabe que raio x d dente incomoda. E na sala do lado uma senhorinha estava sendo atendida.. com dificuldade de ficar em pĂ©, a funcionĂĄria foi la pegou uma cadeira, fez de tudo pra a senhorinha ficar mais confortĂĄvel possivel. Resultados ficam pronto na hora!!! Recomendo e MUITO a clinica.
EXCELLENT service!! Whenever I go there I see how they treat everyone so well. The girl who attended me was super quick, and efficient, kind, because she knows that x-ray of the tooth bothers me. And in the next room a lady was being attended to... with difficulty standing up, the employee went there and got a chair, she did everything to make the lady as comfortable as possible. Results are ready on time!!! I highly recommend the clinic.

Bad place, cramped, with 6 people plus two attendants in a reception without fan or air conditioning in a Rio 40°. There is no support for the radiology clinic, look for another one....
