Dr Thuani has been taking care of me for almost 1 year. I was terrified of the dentist, and she won me over from the first appointment. Always very attentive and helpful, an excellent professional with extreme competence. Always looking for the best specific treatment alternative for me. I have already indicated 2 friends of mine who have already spent time with her too. Anyway, I am very satisfied with my results.

Foi a minha primeira vez, precisava fazer uma limpeza, e fiz uma busca dos consultórios mais próximo a minha residência e vi este. Vi as avaliações e os comentários (positivos) acreditei que seria “bom”. A dentista me atendeu bem, porém a mangueira q ela utilizou estava furada e acabou me molhando, sei q ela não é culpada, até pq foi o material que disponibilizaram para ela trabalhar. Porém, imaginei q teria um desconto no momento do pagamento devido o ocorrido, mas foi cobrado normal… entendo que o valor do serviço é composto por tudo, desde o ambiente até os produtos utilizados, por isso achei q dariam desconto. O serviço em si foi bom, mas não indico esse consultório a outra pessoa devido à falta de estrutura e a preocupação com a satisfação do cliente. Particularmente, pretendo não voltar e só resolvi deixar esse comentário para q outras pessoas tenham ciência.
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this office. It was my first time, I needed to do a cleaning, and I searched for the offices closest to my residence and I saw this one. I saw the reviews and the (positive) comments and I believed it would be “good”. The dentist took care of me well, but the hose she used was punctured and ended up wetting me, I know she is not to blame, even because it was the material they made available for her to work with. However, I imagined that I would have a discount at the time of payment due to what happened, but it was charged as normal… I understand that the value of the service is made up of everything, from the environment to the products used, so I thought they would give a discount. The service itself was good, but I don't recommend this office to anyone else due to the lack of structure and concern for customer satisfaction. Particularly, I intend not to go back and I just decided to leave this comment so that other people are aware.
