A primeira foi uma avaliação para continuar um tratamento ortodôntico, onde já estou com aparelho nos dentes e queriam me cobrar tudo novamente ou usar o que já tinha “sem dar garantia ou previsões de resultados”, onde me cobravam até taxas de cadastros! Me senti pressionado a fechar na “sala de vendas”. Como já tinha ficado horas esperando para isso, achei melhor marcar a extração dos meus dentes do siso e não perder a viagem, então marquei para 20 dias depois. A receita da medicação pré operatório tem 10 dias de validade e quando fui no dia marcado já tinha perdido, então fui 2hrs antes da hora marcada para buscar outra atualizada, mas as recepcionistas deixaram claro que era só com a Dra. Maísa, sendo que essas receitas já ficam na recepção prontas, só com o espaço para preencher o nome do paciente e a data. Pedi 2x e nada. Quando fui atendido tinha se passando mais do que as 2hrs e a Dra. Maísa me diz que só poderia tirar um e não os 4, ou então remarcar para mais 20 dias… muita falta de respeito! Me programei todo, deixei a alimentação apropriada pronta, babá para as crianças… entre outras providências! Dava tempo de tomar o remédio na 1h antes como o recomendo na receita, mas teve total descaso.
They only wasted my time on the 2 times I went. The first was an evaluation to continue an orthodontic treatment, where I already have braces on my teeth and they wanted to charge me all over again or use what I already had “without guaranteeing or predicting results”, where they even charged me registration fees! I felt pressured to close in the “sales room”. As I had already been waiting for hours for this, I thought it best to schedule the extraction of my wisdom teeth and not miss the trip, so I booked it for 20 days later. The prescription for the pre-operative medication is valid for 10 days and when I went on the scheduled day, it had already been lost, so I went 2hrs before the scheduled time to get another updated one, but the receptionists made it clear that it was only with Dr. Maísa, and these prescriptions are already ready at the reception, with only space to fill in the patient's name and date. I ordered 2x and nothing. When I was attended to, it had been more than 2hrs and Dr. Maísa told me that I could only take one and not 4, or reschedule for another 20 days… a lot of lack of respect! I planned everything, I left the proper food ready, babysitting for the children… among other things! There was time to take the medicine 1 hour before, as I recommend in the prescription, but there was total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma.boa experiência. Tive tantas recomendações dessa clínica. Cheguei 15:30, meu horário era às 16h e fiquei aguardando até às 17h. Achei bem desagradável o tempo de atraso. Fui embora e nem um pedido de desculpa pelo atraso foi dito.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I had so many recommendations from this clinic. I arrived at 3:30 pm, my time was at 4 pm and I was waiting until 5 pm. I found the delay time quite unpleasant. I left and not even an apology for the delay was said.

Ao entrar no consultório a dentista Dra. Maísa me deixou super tranquilo apesar de estar aflito no momento, atenciosa, carinhosa, paciente e super profissional.
Ela extraiu meu siso superior direito bem prática, quando menos pensei já estava finalizando, estou muito satisfeito.
E ao sair conheci também a Dra. Ana com todo carisma, simpática e também atenciosa para passar algumas informações que estive dúvidas.
Depois de 8 dias a mesma retirou os pontos, vcs viraram as nossas dentistas oficiais!!!

Upon entering the office, dentist Dr. Maisa left me super calm despite being distressed at the moment, attentive, caring, patient and super professional.
She extracted my upper right wisdom tooth very practically, when I least thought it was already finishing, I'm very satisfied.
And when I left I also met Dr. Ana with all charisma, friendly and also attentive to pass on some information that I had doubts.
After 8 days she removed the stitches, you became our official dentists!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indescritível o quão bem atendida fui aqui, primeiramente a recepção foi excelente e clara, as meninas super gentis, em seguida Dr Otávio que fez o primeiro atendimento, foi excelente e importantíssimo para a decisão do meu procedimento. Pra finalizar, a Dra Maisa, que fez todo o procedimento com todo carinho, foi mto gentil e compreensiva, eu que morro de medo de agulhas e procedimentos invasivos, fiz uma extração de sisos calma e segura.
O meu muito obrigada a toda a equipe ? Que Deus os abençoe infinitamente.
It is indescribable how well attended I was here, firstly, the reception was excellent and clear, the girls were super kind, then Dr Otávio, who made the first appointment, was excellent and very important for the decision of my procedure. Finally, Dr Maisa, who performed the entire procedure with all affection, was very kind and understanding, I'm terrified of needles and invasive procedures, I did a calm and safe wisdom extraction.
