Vi avaliação dessa clínica e gostei muito .
Fui até lá fui bem atendido do começo até o fim ?
Porém hoje precisei auterar o meu plano que seria Implantes e a moça Paula , disse q só pessoalmente , eu expliquei que iria vencer e não poderia ir por que estou em insolamento do covid-19 e mesmo assim ela foi irônica, não resolveu meu Caso e disse se eu não pagar vou para o SPC Serasa.
Como pode ?
Indignado e estou pesando em entrar com uma ação por que sei que ela vai por meu nome no Serasa .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria entender o sentido de agenderem horário sendo que é por ordem de chegada. Já fiquei mais de 1h30 esperando para ser atendida. Não posso reclamar dos dentistas, sempre fui bem atendida, mas pecam demais nessa parte de horário, não tem como ir rapidinho fazer uma manutenção, você fica mais na sala de espera do que na sala de atendimento. Só acho que deveriam rever isso...
I would like to understand the meaning of schedule time since it is in order of arrival. I've been waiting for more than 1h30 to be attended. I can't complain about the dentists, I've always been well attended, but they do too much at this part of the time, there's no way to go quickly and do maintenance, you're more in the waiting room than in the service room.
