â â â â â Estive na Odontodigital hoje 17.08, e nunca fui tĂŁo mal atendida. Minha senha foi retirada as 10:11h da manhĂŁ, fui chamada na recepção somente as 11:38h, mesmo perguntando o porque da demora. VĂĄrias pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidas.
Fui informada que por ser convĂȘnio, demorava mesmo. Mas se a clĂnica vai fazer esse tipo de filtro, poderia ao menos informar com antecedĂȘncia. Achei muita falta de respeito, mais de uma hora de espera. E a recepcionista Fernanda Ă© sempre bem rude no atendimento.

â â â â â JĂĄ fiz radiografias algumas vezes nesse local, sempre demora mto no atendimento, mas, nunca tinha sido mal tratada, porĂ©m fui no sĂĄbado e cheguei Ă s 11h20 e uma recepcionista parece q foi contratada a pouco tempo, nĂŁo foi mto simpĂĄtica e me disse que eles nĂŁo estavam aceitando mais ninguĂ©m, pois jĂĄ estavam cheios. Achei um absurdo, por que deixaram a porta aberta entĂŁo? E sendo que diz que o horĂĄrio de funcionamento Ă© atĂ© Ă s 12h.
Sei que Ă© difĂcil trabalhar aos sĂĄbados, mas se a pessoa aceitou a trabalhar , faça valer o salĂĄrio. E lembre-se que mtas pessoas estĂŁo aĂ, pq estĂŁo precisando, estĂŁo com dor....

â â â â â O certo seria estrelas negativa. HorrĂvel.Nao volto nunca mais. Com a desculpa do plano fora do ar, nos deixam esperando, dando a impressao que priorizam clientes particulares. Reclamei no dia , pedi para falar com quem responde pela clinica e reclamei no SAC do plano. E para minha surpresa, ainda passei por mentirosa, pois a clinica contestou o que aconteceu no dia, dizendo que reclamei em voz alta, que a cliente na minha frente era prioridade, e que nao havia me dito que o sistema estava fora do ar. Ora, ouvi em alto e bom tom, que me disse que o sistema estava fora do ar e sem previsĂŁo e que costuma ficar atĂ© dias sem funcionar . NĂŁo vi ninguĂ©m se mobilizando para contatar o plano e resolver. Assim que reclamei, o sistema voltou. Chega a ser engracado como tentam inverter a situacao...Vergonhoso.

â â â â â A recepção do local Ă© pequena para o fluxo de pessoas que atendem. Quando enche, temos que aguardar do lado de fora e isso Ă© muito desconfortĂĄvel. Fiquei 50min em pĂ© na porta esperando minha filha terminar o raio-x.
O atendimento Ă© ok.
