Errou feio meu tratamento, não aceitou ouvir que estava errado. Foi de uma grosseria e arrogância extremas, a ponto de gritar comigo dentro do consultório e nos demais atendimentos não responder ao meu bom dia.
Como confiar em alguém assim pra uma cirurgia?
Cancelei meu tratamento e ainda assim recebo mensagens dizendo que meu pagamento está atrasado. Ou seja, não deram baixa no sistema.
In the beginning everything went very well until I arrived at the implantodontist who, by the way, owns the clinic.
My treatment was very wrong, he refused to hear that I was wrong. It was of extreme rudeness and arrogance, to the point of shouting at me inside the office and in other appointments not responding to my good morning.
How to trust someone like that for surgery?
I canceled my treatment and still receive messages saying my payment is overdue. That is, they did not cancel the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , pessoas não preparadas pra trabalhar com público , trata o cliente como lixo , apresentam uma forma de tratamento e depois que se faz o pagamento apresenta outra coisa totalmente fora do combinado , Dentista Helena Mourino de Faráco ( Muito iguinorante) Péssimo atendimento não indico a ninguém !!!!!!!!

Fui muito bem atendido pelo Dr Edson Paes e também funcionários da Clínica. Muito contente com o trabalho realizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo !!!!! Paguei uma prótese para minha mãe e ela não consegue usar porque o ferro machuca a boca dela, a dentista falou que não pode fazer mais nada. Procurem atendimento em outro lugar !
Terrible !!!!! I paid for a denture for my mother and she can't use it because the iron hurts her mouth, the dentist said she can't do anything else. Look elsewhere for assistance!
