★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar minha esposa nessa clínica para fazer uma avaliação que estava marcada para 10:30 foram nos atender uma hora depois, acho isso uma falta de respeito pois temos compromisso em chegar no horário mas a clínica não tem compromisso em atender no horário marcado.
 I went to take my wife to this clinic to do an evaluation that was scheduled for 10:30 am, they attended us an hour later, I think this is a lack of respect because we are committed to arriving on time but the clinic is not committed to attending on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Marido fez uma avaliação, e não aceitou fazer o tratamento, porém dps de 1 mês começou a chegar msg no seu celular pedindo pra entrar em contato para acertar a parcela. Ligando lá falei com a Larissa que foi quem nos atendeu na avaliação ela me informa que como ele falou que estava interessado ela confirmou o contrato sem assinatura nenhuma. E esta sendo uma dor de cabeça pra cancelar um contrato que nem se quer foi assinado.
My Husband made an evaluation, and did not accept to do the treatment, but 1 month dps started to get msg on his cell phone asking to get in touch to settle the parcel. Calling there I spoke with Larissa who was the one who attended us in the evaluation she informs me that as he said he was interested she confirmed the contract without any signature. And it is being a headache to cancel a contract that was not even signed.
