Meu marido quebrou o dente, ligamos ontem e disseram que se a gente chegasse até 19h20 daria para atender, chegamos 19h10 e não atenderam ficaram questionando se meu marido teria condições de arcar com o procedimento e ele só queria resolver o problema. Meu marido retornou hoje (conseguiu uma pausa no trabalho) ficou lá das 13h40 as 15h e não foi atendido, empurraram um monte de coisa para ele que ele aceitou pq só quer resolver o problema do dente quebrado, quando a dentista finalmente chamou disse que só daria para fazer as coisas secundárias (limpeza, flúor... blá blá), resolver o dente quebrado (justo o da frente) não daria tempo. Nunca vi tamanho descaso.
It is absurd to neglect. My husband broke his tooth, we called yesterday and said that if we could reach 19.20 would give to meet, got 19.10 and did not attend were questioning whether my husband would pay conditions with the procedure and he just wanted to solve the problem. My husband returned today (got a break at work) was there from 13h40 15h and was not met, pushed a lot of things to him that he accepted coz just want to solve the problem of broken tooth when the dentist finally called said that only give to the secondary things (cleaning, fluoride ... blah blah), we fix the broken tooth (just the opposite) would not give time. I've never seen size neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, secretárias muito incompetentes,faço tratamento já fazem 3 anos lá com dentista de ortodontia, toda vez q tem q cancelar pq o dentista não vai comparecer, elas nunca avisam, deixam o paciente ir até a clínica pra avisar,uma falta de respeito com o paciente, sendo que pago todo mês certo o tratamento! Não indico para ninguém!! Muito insatisfeita
Terrible, very incompetent secretaries, I've been doing treatment there for 3 years with an orthodontic dentist, every time I have to cancel because the dentist won't show up, they never warn, let the patient go to the clinic to warn, a lack of respect with the patient, and I pay for the treatment every month! I don't recommend it to anyone!! very dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018 MEU PAI FOI PARA FAZER UM TRATAMENTO E PROTESE. NAO FOI FEITO SERVICO DECENTE E A PROTESE NUNCA SE ENCAIXOU E EM POUCO TEMPO RACHOU. ELE COMECOU PAGANDO PARCELADO, MAS EM POUCOS MESES RESOLVEU QUITAR O SALDO (PAGOU PESSOALMENTE EM DINHEIRO). AGORA EM MAIO PARA NOSSA SURPRESA, ELE RECEBEU UMA CARTA DE CITACAO JUDICIAL COBRANDO COM JUROS ESSE TRATAMENTO. ALEM DE INCOMPETENTES ESTAO COMETENDO ESTELIONATO.
