A very tidy and "nice to go" place, we are treated very well and the patience with childcare is incredible, the place is a little far away but it is still good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma grande decepção, fui até a clínica levar minha filha para uma consulta de rotina e tive a informação que a "profissional" não atendia mais o plano odontológico. A profissional não teve a capacidade de chamar eu na sala dela e explicar o ocorrido, e ainda fui obrigada a ouvir que a consulta estava marcada a muito tempo, MENOS DE UM MÊS, no lugar dela eu teria feito o atendimento e eu pagaria o mesmo valor que o convênio pagaria a ela.
Minha filha saiu frustada da clínica, perguntando porque a dentista não ia atender ela e eu muito nervosa.
Isso não se faz com paciente, muito menos com uma criança de 5 anos.
Não indico!
Unfortunately I had a big disappointment, I went to the clinic to take my daughter for a routine appointment and I had the information that the "professional" did not meet the dental plan anymore. The professional did not have the ability to call me in her office and explain what happened, and I was still forced to hear that the appointment had been scheduled for a long time, LESS THAN A MONTH, in her place I would have done the service and I would have paid the same amount the agreement would pay her.
My daughter left the clinic frustrated, asking why the dentist was not going to see her and I was very nervous.
