★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitaa demora para o atendimento, não sei qual o motivo de se marcar horário se é vc so é atendido 3 horas depois, marcam 10 pessoas pro mesmo horário, falta de organização tremenda, compensa ir em Vitória da Conquista procurar atendimento.
 A lot of delay for the service, I don't know the reason to make an appointment if it's you, you're only served 3 hours later, 10 people make an appointment for the same time, tremendous lack of organization, it pays to go to Vitória da Conquista to seek service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons e atenciosos, mas a demora para ser chamado é sem igual. Marcar para fazer manutenção é perda de tempo, marca para 14:00h e se facilitar só sai de lá 16:00h.
The doctors are good and attentive, but the delay in calling is unparalleled. Scheduling to do maintenance is a waste of time, scheduling for 14: 00h and if it is easier, it only leaves 16: 00h.
