Já havia atrasado 30 minutos e quando fui ver, ainda tinha uma pessoa na minha frente. Falta de respeito.

Fiz o meu tratamento e coloquei aparelho ortodôntico. Fiquei uma eternidade mais ou menos uns 4 a 5 anos. As partes do dente que o "aparelho", não arrumou trazendo o dente para o lugar a Dra Andréa completou com resinas, emendando um dente no outro aonde não dava para fazer a higienização com fio dental, pelo fato do dente está grudado. Resultado tive que fazer canal as presas para não perder o dente da frente. Fora o canal que a Dra. Carol fez num dente de trás e depois de 1 semana tive que voltar lá por que estava morrendo de dor e a mesmo disse que tinha que arrancar. Conclusão paguei um canal de 870,00 reais e depois mais 120,00 para arrancar. Aparelho de contenção tenho para dar vender e emprestar de tanto que ela dizia que eu tinha que usar, mais ia soltando com o tempo e quando voltava lá a Dra. Andréa dizia que aquele eu podia jogar fora que ela ia fazer o molde de outro. Detalhe, cada custava 250,00 reais.

I did my treatment and put on orthodontic braces. I spent an eternity about 4-5 years. The parts of the tooth that the "appliance" did not arrange by bringing the tooth into place Dr. Andrea completed with resins, mending one tooth in another where it was not possible to floss, because the tooth is stuck. Result I had to make the prey canal not to lose the front tooth. It was the channel that Dr. Carol made in a back tooth and after a week I had to go back there because I was dying of pain and said she had to tear it off. Conclusion I paid a channel of 870,00 reais and then another 120,00 to boot. Containment device I have to sell and lend so much that she said I had to use, but it would loose with time and when she came back there Dr. Andrea said that I could throw away that she was going to make the mold of another. Detail, each cost 250.00 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da recepcionista, aliado ao atraso em mais de 1 hora, marquei as 9h da manha e até as 10h não haviam me atendido, pessoal não aceitem que brinquem com algo tão precioso que é o tempo nosso. Outro ponto, se vc atrasar ou faltar a clínica cobra, o que acho justo, porém, o contrário é verdadeiro. Não recomendo a clínica em hipótese alguma, há muitas melhores na região.
Lousy service from the receptionist, coupled with the delay of more than 1 hour, I booked 9 am and until 10 am they had not answered me, folks do not accept that they play with something so precious that it is our time. Another point, if you delay or miss the clinic charges, which I think is fair, however, the opposite is true. I do not recommend the clinic under any circumstances, there are many better ones in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Consulta marcada 16hr, cheguei no horário e esperei por 45 min até ir embora. Nesse intervalo, vi pelo menos 3 pessoas chegarem e já serem atendidas, curiosamente todos pagaram no débito, convênio parece que fica pra trás. Com certeza perderia mais de 1 hr se continuasse esperando.
Terrible! Appointment 16hrs, I arrived on time and waited 45 minutes until I left. In the meantime, I saw at least 3 people arrive and have already been taken care of, curiously everyone paid in debt, the agreement seems to be left behind. I would definitely lose more than 1 hr if I kept waiting.

Since 2006 I have been undergoing treatment, I have nothing to complain about, great care, I had several implants with Dr Andrea and I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não tive uma boa experiência. Eu e minha esposa agendamos uma limpeza e análise geral para sequência de tratamento. A limpeza foi realizada em no máximo 10 minutos (a mais rápida da minha vida). Não foi utilizado absolutamente nenhum material, nem flúor foi aplicado(inacreditável). Como resultado, fiz a panorâmica ontem que me foi solicitada, fiz uma nova limpeza com outro profissional e vou seguir com o tratamento neste outro local. Para ser justo, o atendimento deles é muito bom, cortês, gentil, da recepção a profissional dentista. Mas me parece que falta perícia ou foi muita displicência mesmo porque fiz as limpezas pelo convênio, talvez o convênio remunere mal e então eles economizam em material (não estou afirmando, estou presumindo). Infelizmente não recomendo
I have not had a good experience. My wife and I scheduled a cleaning and general analysis for the treatment sequence. Cleaning was done in a maximum of 10 minutes (the fastest of my life). No material was used at all, nor was fluoride applied (unbelievable). As a result, I did the panorama yesterday that was requested, I did a new cleaning with another professional and I will continue with the treatment in this other place. To be fair, their service is very good, courteous, kind, from the reception to a professional dentist. But it seems to me that expertise is lacking or it was a lot of carelessness because I did the cleaning by the agreement, maybe the agreement pays poorly and then they save on material (I am not saying, I am assuming). Unfortunately I do not recommend
