★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta feira marquei uma avaliação para hoje, dia 15/07 às 11:30.
Hoje às 9:50 liguei para remarcar, pois não conseguiria chegar no horário para a consulta. Quando expliquei fui informada que seria me cobrado uma taxa de 30,00 reais por não comparecer. Questionei, dizendo que se tivesse marcado, não tivesse ido e não tivesse dado nenhuma satisfação, a taxa seria cobrada justamente. No meu caso, por ter ligado com 1:40 de antecedência, já na tentativa de remarcar para mais tarde, não deveria ser cobrado absolutamente nada.
Faço tratamento ortodôntico em outro consultório há 6 anos, apenas 2x marquei e não fui e achei justo eles me cobrarem a taxa. Agora quando eu ligo, com antecedência dizendo que não dá para comparecer , eles remarcam. Até porque imprevistos acontecem dos dois lados.
Nunca mais eu vou a este lugar.

I have had orthodontic treatment in another office for 6 years, only 2x I checked and I did not go and I thought it was fair they would charge me the fee. Now when I call, in advance saying that can not attend, they remarked. Even because unforeseen events happen on both sides.
I'm never going to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu caso eu fui retirar 3 dentes do siso, passei com doutor Cristiano, achei muito profissional e ele me deu um bom atendimento, do jeito que eu esperava, pessoal na recepção tbm foram atenciosos, e não tenho nada a reclamar.
Só o ambiente que é bem pequeno, mas de resto estou satisfeito.
In my case I went to remove 3 wisdom teeth, I went with doctor Cristiano, I found him very professional and he gave me a good service, the way I expected, staff at the reception were also attentive, and I have nothing to complain about.
Only the environment is very small, but otherwise I am satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em uma avaliação com uma dentista que falou mal de convênio tempo todo . Foi tão rápida a limpeza certeza mal feita . Meu esposo iniciou acompanhamento com eles e chegou atrasado e eles queriam cobrar para remarcar ... Avisem eles que isso não existe mais . E sem contar péssimo atendimento .... Não indico a clínica e já reclamamos com o Bradesco . Se eles não curtem atender pelo convênio descredencia e fim e não brinca com a saúde das pessoas .
I passed an evaluation with a dentist who spoke ill of health insurance all the time. It was so quick to clean up badly done. My husband started monitoring with them and arrived late and they wanted to charge for rescheduling ... Let them know that this does not exist anymore. Not to mention bad service .... I don't recommend the clinic and we have already complained to Bradesco. If they do not enjoy attending by the agreement disqualification and end and do not play with people's health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5 dias atras fui a clinica fazer uma extração que achava que seria uma de cada vez, ao chegar la o dentista me informou que seria os 2, chegando la disse que estava muito nervosa, ele foi muito pontual com o que iria fazer, nao explicou absolutamente nada e só me dizia que teria qe ficar calma pq teria qe arrancar os dentes, disse ao mesmo qe iria arrancar somente um e com muita firmeza ele disse que iria arrancar os dois... ate ai tudo bem, quando finalizou a extraçao ele pediu pra qe me levantasse e fosse a sala de raio x, a higienizaçao pessima... os materias velhos... o equipamento sujos e velhos... triste isso pois mesmo com tudo fiz a indicacao para outros amigos e ao chegarem na clinica para avaliacao tiveram a mesma percepçao... depois de mais ou menos 5dias de todo esse processo vi que meu rosto continuava inchado e com manchas rochas entao mandei msg pelo wats para clinica perguntado se isso era normal ou preciso procurar um PS e eles me informaram que o dentista que me atendeu só iria na clinica o dia seguinte. Quer dizer faço uma extração de um dente, alias 2 dentes meu rosto roxo, faço uma pergunta e nao tenho suporte.

I mean I do a tooth extraction, 2 teeth alias my purple face, I ask a question and I have no support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a extração de 4 dentes do Siso. Primeiro os dois esquerdos e depois os dois direitos, ambos com Dr. Cristiano. Muito educado e paciente,estava nervosa e ele foi bem simpático.
I performed the extraction of 4 Siso teeth. First the two lefts and then the two rights, both with Dr. Cristiano. Very polite and patient, I was nervous and he was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um tratamento nessa clínica e estava acompanhado da minha esposa , não permitiram que ela aguardasse na sala de espera sendo que estava vazia , ela teve que aguardar em Pé do lado de fora um desrespeito com as pessoas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava realizando o tratamento na clínica, foi acometida pela covid, após o teste positivo no dia 05/02, entrei em contato com o consultório para avisar que teria que desmarcar a consulta do dia 07/02, pois estava em isolamento por estar contaminada com covid, infelizmente tive que desmarcar no dia, pois foi positivada no sábado. Minha preocupação era que a Dra. Luciana teve contado comigo na semana anterior e queria que ela realizasse um teste. Após a alta entrei em contato para agendar nova consulta e qual foi minha surpresa que somente poderia agendar após pagar uma multa de R$ 100,00 por falta a consulta. Fiquei chocada, pois por nenhum momento durante o processo de isolamento foi me dito da multa, e se tivesse sido informada, também não iria comparecer ao consultoria pois colocaria em risco todos que ali frequentam. Então deixo aqui registrada minha reclamação e inclusive passei até a ficar desconfiada se não peguei covid no consultório, pois não saio de casa para nada, estou apenas indo ao consultório. Vou registrar reclamação na Amil, e no Reclame Aqui também pela conduta da clinica.
I was undergoing treatment at the clinic, was affected by covid, after the positive test on the 05/02th, I contacted the office to warn that I would have to cancel the appointment on the 07/02th, as I was in isolation for being contaminated with covid, unfortunately I had to unbook on the day, because it was positive on Saturday. My concern was that Dr. Luciana had contacted me the week before and wanted her to perform a test. After discharge, I got in touch to schedule a new appointment and what was my surprise that I could only schedule after paying a fine of R$ 100.00 for missing the appointment. I was shocked, because at no time during the isolation process was I told about the fine, and if I had been informed, I would not attend the consultancy either because it would put everyone who attends there at risk. So I leave my complaint here and I even got suspicious if I didn't get covid in the office, because I don't leave the house for anything, I'm just going to the office. I will file a complaint with Amil, and with Reclame Aqui also for the clinic's conduct.
