Olha do inicio ao fim o atendimento Ă© ruim, o sistema nĂŁo conversa, vocĂȘ nĂŁo pode nada, o plano nĂŁo cobre nada, os atendentes super mau humorados, ignorantes e nem um pouco cortĂȘs, os telefones nunca atendem, a estrutura da clinica tambĂ©m deixa a desejar vocĂȘ acaba pagando por quase todos os procedimentos que faz, atĂ© ALGUNS mĂ©dicos deixam a desejar.. e tenho quase certeza que esse meu feedback nĂŁo serĂĄ nem respondido ou simplesmente lido. Olhem o pior de tudo Ă© que vocĂȘ fica presa a esse desrespeitoso plano durante um ano.
Eu realmente ainda coloquei 1 estrela porque nĂŁo dĂĄ pra ficar sem estrelas...

Worst of all, you get stuck with this disrespectful plan for a year.
I really still put 1 star because you can't run out of stars ...

A dentista solicitou um canal de urgĂȘncia pois vou viajar de aviĂŁo ainda essa semana, fui ligar para explicar a situação e disseram que podiam fazer nada, sĂł tem vaga para o dia 14/09/2020. AtĂ© lĂĄ vou viver com dor? Plano pĂ©ssimo!!!
Poor quality service, urgency for them is a joke, it is a joke for their pain. The dentist requested an emergency channel because I will travel by plane later this week, I called to explain the situation and they said they could do nothing, there is only room for 9/14/2020. â â â â â A pior clĂnica que a odonto system tem convĂȘnio pqp muita falta de respeito com os associados chegue 9h para uma urgĂȘncia 4 horas depois ainda tava esperando um atendimento sendo que quem pagava a consulta era atendido na hora Lixo e sai de lĂĄ sem ser atendido tiver que pagar uma consulta em outra clĂnica.

â â â â â Tenho o plano Hapvida da empresa,e marquei uma limpeza e avaliação pelo whatsapp (super educada e prestativo quem me atendeu pelo whatsapp), porĂ©m ao chegar na clĂnica,foi uma chĂĄ de cadeira de mais de 1hora e depois que fui chamado voltei para a recepção para uma autorização que precisava pois o sistema havia caido!!! Infelizmente estĂĄ parecendo atendimento pĂșblico ?
Atualizando: informado que Ă© um sistema novo e parece que tudo deu crt...
