A atendente é muito hostil, não tem modos para falar, rústica. Não sabe se comunicar.
Não tem postura. Não indico a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz um procedimento e após alguns dias senti fortes dores e parei numa emergência. Após informar o ocorrido fui destratado e não deram importância para a situação. Conclusão fizeram um trabalho pela metade e não se importaram. Estou entrando na justiça contra essa clinica.
Bad service, I had a procedure and after a few days I felt severe pain and stopped in an emergency. After reporting the incident I was destroyed and did not give importance to the situation. Conclusion They did a half job and didn't care. I'm going to court against this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a recepcionista é extremamente deselegante, desrespeitosa e gesseira.
Eu Tinha uma consulta marcada para as 14:30, só que cheguei bem mais cedo na clínica e resolvi pedir para entrar e aguardar.
A atendente sem nenhuma postura, sem nenhum preparo, sem um pingo de educação disse que não, que eu não poderia entrar.
Da porta da clinica disse de forma ríspida que ela estava no horário de almoço e que seu quissese esperar seria do lado de fora.
Perguntou o meu nome e o horário da minha consulta, me chamou de mentirosa e disse que ninguém mandou que eu fosse fora do horário.
Daí eu perguntei se eles costumavam dar esse tipo de tratamento a todos os clientes.
Peruntei pra ela: A senhora vai me atender daí de dentro? Não vai me deixar entrar para conversarmos, vai me atender daqui? Eu estou na rua !
simplesmente ela me deixou do lado de fora e bateu a porta na minha cara.
Chorei muito do lado de fora da clínica.
Me sentir humilhada, maltratada, desrespeitada, ofendida...
Tenho certeza que se fosse qualquer outra cliente branca, de olhos claros, com um salto agulha e em trajes refinados ela não teria tratado daquela forma.
A clinica não tem ouvidoria, não tem gerente, não tem um canal de queixa ou reclamação.
Moral da história, voltei pra casa sem ser atendida.
Não indico essa clínica a ninguém.

I cried a lot outside the clinic.
Feeling humiliated, mistreated, disrespected, offended ...
I am sure that if it were any other white client, with clear eyes, with a stiletto heel and in refined clothes, she would not have treated it that way.
The clinic has no ombudsman, no manager, no channel for complaints or complaints.
Moral of the story, I returned home unanswered.
I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.
