★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte das atendentes do local. Passaram pessoas na mão nua frente sendo que o meu horário era antes. Não recomendo e não aconselho a ninguém esse plano odontológico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica pessima, dentista sra naiara do conjunto ceara nao orienta bem seus prepostos a informar o cliente com atendencia que a consulta nao poderia ocorrer por conta de alteração nos seus horarios, prefere que o cliente gaste seu tempo e gasolina indo ate la olhar pra cara de uma atendente ruim que nao liga pros clientes, nao indico a ninguem, e ainda poe a culpa na odontoart e hapvida...nessa droga de clinica nao quero mais, to ate pensando em cancelar esse plano que contrata profissionais sem noção SEGUE NUMERO : 85 - 987909014
Terrible clinic, dentist Mrs Naiara do Conjunto Ceara does not guide her agents well to inform the client with assistance that the appointment could not take place due to change in their hours, she prefers that the client spends his time and gasoline going there to look at the face of a bad attendant who doesn't care about clients, I don't recommend to anyone, and still blames odontoart and hapvida... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novamente venho demonstrar minha decepção com o serviço de odontologia da Odontoart, recebi uma ligação ontem 19/05 onde fui informado que se eu hoje 20/05 a unidade Parangaba, meu aparelho que está quebrado, seria consertado novamente, cheguei lá e a doutora disse que ia apenas corta a parte que estava me machucando e pronto, o serviço de SAC da Odontoart não tem o mínimo de respeito pelos seus clientes?!
NÃO FAÇAM O PLANO DA ODONTOART, EXISTEM VÁRIOS EM FORTALEZA, PROCURE OUTRO, SÓ NÃO CANCELO O MEU PORQUE TEM MULTA, EVITE DOR DE CABEÇA!!!!
Once again I come to demonstrate my disappointment with the dental service of Odontoart, I received a call yesterday 05/19 where I was informed that if I go today 05/20 to the Parangaba unit, my device that is broken, would be fixed again, I got there and the doctor said that was just going to cut the part that was hurting me and that's it, Odontoart's customer service doesn't have the slightest respect for its customers?!
DON'T DO THE ODONTOART PLAN, THERE ARE SEVERAL IN FORTALEZA, LOOK FOR ANOTHER, I JUST DON'T CANCEL MINE BECAUSE THERE'S A FINE, AVOID A HEADACHE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica Cia do Sorriso, Descaso total com o paciente, péssimo atendimento, eu estou cansada de ficar pagando uber para ter um péssimo atendimento, fui na clinica pois preciso arrancar o meu dente de siso, eles informaram que eu teria que fazer alguns outros procedimentos, um deles tive que inclusive pagar para fazer a coroa, pois disseram que o plano nao cobria, mais de mes sentindo uma dor absurda no meu dente de siso eles finalmente agendaram meu procedimento de extração para ontem dia 26/01/22, mais uma vez paguei o uber e fui achando que iria finalmente resolver esse problema, acabar com essa dor, ao chegar ao local me informaram que teria que voltar hoje dia 27/01/2022, pois era uma extração simples e nao seria feita com cirurgiao dentista, voltei pra casa e retornei hoje como pediram, ao chegar ao local eles falaram que so arranca com dentista cirurgiao, querendo reagendar a minha extração para q eu espere mais de 1 mes de novo!???? Uma falta de respeito total, a gente procura um atendimento esperando que vai solucionar o problema e NADA.
Obs: mandaram eu retornar de novo no meu plano para fazer uma nova solicitação de extração, depois que eu fiz a coroa fizeram apenas uma limpeza, dizendo que nao tinha nada a ser feito, fui avaliada pelo dentista do plano e ele me mostrou em imagens várias coisas que deixaram de ser feita! Que inclusive ao lado da coroa tem uma restauração! Falta de profissionalismo, descaso com paciente, atendimento péssimo, clínica horrivel, fazem a gente ficar pagando uber como se tivesse dinheiro e tempo pra ficar ao dispor deles. Espero que tomem alguma providencia! Nao consultem NUNCA nessa clinica horrível, nao passem pelo que passei.
Cia do Sorriso Clinic, Total disregard for the patient, bad service, I'm tired of paying uber to have a bad service, I went to the clinic because I need to have my wisdom tooth removed, they informed me that I would have to do some other procedures, one of them even had to pay to make the crown, because they said the plan didn't cover it, more than a month feeling an absurd pain in my wisdom tooth they finally scheduled my extraction procedure for yesterday 01/26/22, once again I paid the uber and I was thinking that I would finally solve this problem, end this pain, when I arrived at the place I was informed that I would have to return today on 01/27/2022, because it was a simple extraction and it would not be done with a dentist surgeon, I returned I went home and returned today as requested, when I arrived at the place they said they would only start with a surgical dentist, wanting to reschedule my extraction so that I can wait more than 1 month again!???? A total lack of respect, we look for a service hoping that it will solve the problem and NOTHING.
Note: they sent me back to my plan to make a new request for extraction, after I had the crown done, they only cleaned it, saying that there was nothing to be done, I was evaluated by the dentist of the plan and he showed me in images many things left undone! Which even next to the crown has a restoration! Lack of professionalism, negligence with patients, terrible service, horrible clinic, make us pay uber as if we had the money and time to be at their disposal. Hope you take some precautions! Don't ever consult this horrible clinic, don't go through what I went through.
