★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez implante dentário e ficou torto, então solicitamos a correção e desde então ela foi em várias consultas, muitas vezes somente para ouvir q ainda ia ficar pronto (pra q marcar consulta pra isso?) ou, pior, agendou as 18h e depois de mais de 1h de espera o Dr. sequer apareceu, a secretaria ficou até com vergonha e minha mãe foi embora sem nenhuma justificativa. Agora o dente finalmente foi colocado corretamente, nesse quesito minha mãe está satisfeita, mas foram 10 meses de espera, nos quais sentimos um descaso enorme.
My mom had a dental implant and it was crooked, so we asked for the correction and since then she went to several appointments, often just to hear that she was still going to be ready (to make an appointment for that?) Or, worse, scheduled at 6pm and then after more than 1 hour of waiting, Dr. didn't even show up, the secretary was even ashamed and my mother left without any justification. Now the tooth has finally been placed correctly, in that respect my mother is satisfied, but it was 10 months of waiting, in which we felt a huge neglect.
