Bad clinic, professionals with a lot of lack of respect and commitment to customers who use their benefit, (DENTAL AGREEMENT) looking like they don't like to attend those who use the insurance, bad professionals and a bad place. ADVICE TO THOSE WHO HAVE INTEREST IN A DENTIST NEAR YOUR RESIDENCE LOOKING FOR THE IDEAL LOCATION AS WELL AS YOU DO NOT BREAK THE FACE LIKE ME Choosing ODONTOCAGER. ZERO STAR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ATENDIMENTO, principalmente se vc for usar convenio, profissionais sem nenhum pingo de etica, fizeram obturação nos meus dentes alegando ter carie sendo que nunca tive, passei após em outros 3 dentistas pq fique desconfiada e todos disseram a mesma coisa que eu nunca tive carie, não passem nesse consultório, não é só uma questão de atendimento ruim e questão de desonestidade mesmo.
Terrible SERVICE, especially if you are going to use an agreement, professionals without any iota of ethics, they filled my teeth claiming to have caries and I never had caries, I went after 3 other dentists because be suspicious and they all said the same thing that I never had caries , don't go to this office, it's not just a matter of bad service and a matter of dishonesty.

Fui duas vezes a primeira uma avaliação, na segunda vez disseram que seria com o medico mas não fiz nada absolutamente, nem vi o médico, um dia perdido saindo mais cedo do trabalho a toa...e já estavam marcando minha próxima consulta...sendo que o convênio não cobria o procedimento que eu queria e eles já estavam agendando com o material mais simples sem me consultar. Ao ligar ou no atendimento pessoalmente sempre a sensação de que não sabiam quem era você nem por quem vc seria atendida nem seu histórico. Não posso avaliar o atendimento médico, pois não cheguei a marcar, e nem o vi, porém, o atendimento inicial é a o que faz o cliente se sentir seguro e ficar... Mesmo sem meu convênio cobrir...achei o preço justo e faria particular se tivesse tido um primeiro contato legal, com claro esclarecimento de dúvidas...
In terms of communication and information, it was not very nice... I went twice for an evaluation, the second time they said it would be with the doctor but I didn't do anything at all, I didn't even see the doctor, a lost day leaving work early for nothing ...and they were already scheduling my next appointment...and the insurance did not cover the procedure I wanted and they were already scheduling with the simplest material without consulting me. When calling or attending in person, there was always the feeling that they didn't know who you were or who you would be answered by or your history. I can't evaluate the medical care, because I didn't make an appointment, and I didn't even see it, however, the initial care is what makes the client feel safe and stay... Even without my insurance coverage... I found the price fair and I would do private if I had had a first legal contact, with clear clarification of doubts...
