★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestam um péssimo serviço na parte de aparelho, e cancelei o tratamento pelo atendimento que não gostei e, veio a surpresa...uma multa altissima para cancelar o contrato...Cuidado !
They do a bad job on the braces, and I canceled the treatment for the service I didn't like, and the surprise came ... a very fine fine to cancel the contract ... Watch out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor na antiga gestão, minha dentista é maravilhosa, mas o sistema de agendamento da clínica é péssimo. Você agenda no horário e sempre te atendem fora dele. Hoje mesmo cheguei com 15 min de antecedência e se passaram praticamente 40 min do meu horário e não fui atendida. Moral da história tive que reagendar para não perder o horário do trabalho, se o paciente atrasa 5 minutos não querem atender. Enfim MELHOREM ODONTOCLINIC!
It used to be better under the old management, my dentist is wonderful, but the clinic's scheduling system is terrible. You schedule on time and they always serve you outside of it. Today I arrived 15 minutes in advance and practically 40 minutes passed from my schedule and I was not answered. Moral of the story I had to reschedule so as not to miss work hours, if the patient is 5 minutes late, they don't want to attend. Finally, IMPROVE DENTISTRY!
