 A very bad bag to make an appointment. My daughter needed to do a procedure and she can't because the device was not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o começo tenho tido problemas com a clínica... Quando fechei o tratamento meu horário era às 8h00, pra dar tempo de ir ao trabalho tranquilamente. Alguns meses depois mudaram para às 8h30, e sempre jogam na minha cara que é uma exceção porque só abre às 9h00. Já tive problemas com o pagamento e recentemente tenho encontrado problemas com o agendamento... Está deixando bastante a desejar.
Não quero cancelar o contrato, apenas quero ser atendido com excelência, com horários previamente definidos por ambas as partes, e cumprimento da agenda.
Since the beginning I have had problems with the clinic ... When I closed the treatment, my schedule was at 8:00 am, to allow time to go to work quietly. A few months later they moved to 8:30 am, and they always play in my face which is an exception because it only opens at 9:00 am. I've had problems with payment and recently I have encountered problems with scheduling ... It's leaving a lot to be desired.
I don't want to cancel the contract, I just want to be served with excellence, with schedules previously defined by both parties, and compliance with the agenda.
