★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava em busca de uma clínica de qualidade pra fazer meu tratamento ortodôntico quando esbarrei na odontoclinic e decidi fazer minha avaliação (totalmente grátis) desde o primeiro momento fui muito bem atendida são todos muitíssimo atenciosos. Bem, fiz minha avaliação e gostei muito da dentista que me atendeu e decidi por fazer meu tratamento lá. Já se passaram 2 anos de tratamento com o aparelho auto-ligado e tô profundamente satisfeita com o resultado e profissionalismo. Eu indico demais a odontoclinic!
I was looking for a quality clinic to do my orthodontic treatment when I came across odontoclinic and decided to do my evaluation (totally free) from the first moment I was very well attended, they are all very attentive. Well, I did my evaluation and I really liked the dentist who saw me and decided to do my treatment there. It has been 2 years of treatment with the self-connected device and I am deeply satisfied with the result and professionalism. I recommend odontoclinic too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são excelentes, bem qualificados, porém a administração da odontoclinic Recife não respeita seus clientes, as atendentes são orientadas a colocar pessoas no seu horário mesmo que você tenha que aguardar 30 minutos para ser atendida mesmo tendo chegado no seu horário, por que se atrasar 15 minutos você perde a consulta e ainda paga pela próxima.
Foi minha primeira consulta após a consulta de avaliação, e por um minuto a mais eu iria cancelar o pagamento efetuado de R$3.000,00 e cancelar o tratamento com pedido de indenização pelos danos físicos e morais da falta de respeito.
The professionals are excellent, well qualified, but the administration of odontoclinic Recife does not respect its customers, the attendants are instructed to put people on their schedule even if you have to wait 30 minutes to be seen even though they arrived on your schedule, why should you delay 15 minutes you miss the appointment and still pay for the next one.
It was my first appointment after the evaluation appointment, and for one more minute I would cancel the payment of R$3,000.00 and cancel the treatment with a claim for indemnity for the physical and moral damages caused by lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que ficar ligado com o atendimento, fazem cobranças de coisas que não precisam, devolveram o dinheiro, mas só porque eu fiquei atento a todos os procedimentos. Após avaliação o médico que me atendeu ficou chateado porque eu praticamente obriguei ele a explicar o procedimento que ia realizar, ainda bem que insisti porque não era para fazer o procedimento naquele momento, ele simplesmente queria ouvir música e não estava a fim de conversa. Meu lábio foi queimado com ácido em uns dos procedimentos, acontece, mas a médica poderia ter sido mais atenciosa e usar algum composto inibidor da reação como é feito em outros lugares. Muitos procedimentos são regidos por tempo, não existe relógio de parede nas salas e convenientemente os médicos usam o cronômetro de sus celulares, sendo uma violação das normas de biossegurança e risco a saúde dos pacientes e do médico. Resumo, senti como se estivesse aí de favor, só que estava pagando e pagando caro.

My lip was burned with acid in one of the procedures, it happens, but the doctor could have been more attentive and use some reaction-inhibiting compound as is done elsewhere. Many procedures are governed by time, there is no wall clock in the rooms and doctors conveniently use the timer on their cell phones, which is a violation of biosafety standards and a risk to the health of patients and the doctor. In summary, I felt like I was there on a favor, but I was paying and paying dearly.
