As recepcionistas são péssimas no atendimento as informações nunca batem ,toda vez a pessoa pergunta pro paciente qual procedimento q tem q fazer sendo q eles são o profissional nunca olham a ficha do paciente, resumindo e horrível tudo toda fez peço limpeza e nunca faz já tem 7 meses que eu uso aparelho fiz só 1 limpeza de verdade e outra só jogou um jato de água com bicarbonato disse que meu dente tava limpo ,tudo isso para ir embora por almoço.
Reception staff are very poorly trained. The receptionists are terrible at the service, the information never hits, every time the person asks the patient what procedure they have to do, since they are the professional, they never look at the patient's file, in short, it's horrible, everything they did, I ask for cleaning and they never do it. I've been using braces for 7 months, I only did 1 real cleaning and another one just threw a jet of water with bicarbonate and said my teeth were clean, all this to leave for lunch.
