★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teve uma atendente da recepção que foi muito mal educada e não teve ética nenhuma ao falar comigo, me decepcionei muito com a falta de profissionalismo de uma pessoa dessa que deveria dar a maior assistência e cobertura para as pessoas, até porque está pagando, não é de graça.
Eu estava até ansioso com a clínica, mas depois do que aconteceu, me deixou muito decepcionado e desconfortável. Infelizmente não irei mais ir nessa clínica pelo simples fato dessa pessoa está lá e não saber atender de forma profissional e digna. Uma pessoa que não tem compromisso e respeito pelo o seu trabalho, não deveria nem está trabalhando na recepção, porque além de não respeitar o local de trabalho, as pessoas, faz com que isso mancha a imagem da clínica. Muito decepcionado mesmo.
There was a reception attendant who was very rude and had no ethics whatsoever when talking to me, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of a person who should give the greatest assistance and coverage to people, even because she is paying, isn't it for free.
I was even anxious about the clinic, but after what happened, it made me very disappointed and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will no longer go to this clinic for the simple fact that this person is there and does not know how to provide care in a professional and dignified way. A person who does not have commitment and respect for their work, should not and is not working at the reception, because in addition to not respecting the workplace, the people, this stains the clinic's image. Very disappointed indeed.
