A Elaine ainda estava na recepção.
Quando comecei de fato o tratamento fui atendida por outras pessoas e nĂŁo gostei.
No telefone ninguém atendia e pessoalmente também estava muito ruim.
Finalmente semana passada consegui marcar uma consulta pelo telefone e quando fui a consulta o atendimento estava muito bom. Pois vi que a Elaine estĂĄ a frente das coisas.
Estou dando 5 estrelas, pois quero que continue assim.
The first service was great.
Elaine was still at the reception.
When I actually started the treatment, I was treated by other people and I didn't like it.
On the phone no one answered and personally it was also very bad.
Finally last week I managed to make an appointment over the phone and when I went to the appointment, the service was very good. Because I saw that Elaine is ahead of things.
I'm giving it 5 stars because I want it to stay that way.

Terrible service , long , rude receptionists , there are times when I stay more than 1:30 waiting for service .

Terrible because I've been in treatment for over 1 year and nothing, my husband has already finished paying and nothing, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Disseram que meu dente provisĂłrio iria ficar pronto no mesmo dia ou o mais tardar atĂ© final de semana, hoje jĂĄ Ă© sexta e atĂ© o dado momento nĂŁo entraram em contato comigo. Vou esperar atĂ© amanhĂŁ e se nĂŁo houver o contato da parte deles terei que ligar pra lĂĄ.

Well, I started my treatment 3 days ago, I confess that I left there with my mouth all sore and bruised with a certain procedure that until then would not have been for that. They said that my provisional tooth would be ready on the same day or at the latest by the end of the week, today it's Friday and so far they haven't contacted me. I will wait until tomorrow and if there is no contact from them I will have to call there.
I've only given 2 stars so far as I've started the treatment now but in the course if I'm satisfied I'll give more stars
