A dentista fez minha avaliação e disse que era pra fazer restauração, ( restauração em um dente morto que precisava de um canal) e que por sinal ficou mal feita, dias após a restauração comecei sentir sensibilidade no dente seguida de um dor extremamente forte, e todo meu rosto começou inchar de imediato procurei atendimento médico e descubro que tive um abcesso dentário. passei horas fazendo drenagem e tomando medicação, gastei quase o dobro da restauração só em medicamentos, tiveram que deixar um dreno em minha gengiva, pois a drenagem não foi suficiente. liguei diversas vezes para vocês e as atendentes nem sequer me ouvem, falam que tem marcar uma avaliação. Procurem atender melhor os clientes de vocês, aproveitem e deem uma analisada no quadro de funcionários, e se possível entrem em contato comigo! Obrigado por me fazerem perder tempo e dinheiro .

The dentist made my evaluation and said that it was to do restoration, (restoration on a dead tooth that needed a canal) and that by the way it was badly done, days after the restoration I started to feel sensitivity in the tooth followed by an extremely strong pain, and my whole face started to swell right away, I sought medical attention and found out that I had a dental abscess. I spent hours doing drainage and taking medication, I spent almost twice as much on medication alone, they had to leave a drain on my gums, because the drainage was not enough. I called you several times and the attendants don't even listen to me, they say you have to schedule an evaluation. Try to better serve your customers, take advantage and give an analysis on the staff, and if possible get in touch with me! Thank you for wasting my time and money.
