Precisei aguardar para fazer o raio-x pq a única sala para realização do exame estava sendo usada por um outro profissional que estava falando ao telefone. Atendentes usando máscara de maneira incorreta (no queixo). Retornei à unidade pois tive um “problema”com o procedimento realizado e pelo whatsapp me informaram que era só avisar que se tratava de uma emergência, porém no local queriam agendar pra um outro dia. Enfim, um desencontro de informações.
Lousy service, except dentists Cristal and Lucas. I had to wait to do the x-ray because the only room for the exam was being used by another professional who was talking on the phone. Attendants wearing mask incorrectly (on the chin). I returned to the unit because I had a “problem” with the procedure performed and through WhatsApp they informed me that it was only a matter of informing them that it was an emergency, but on the spot they wanted to schedule it for another day. Finally, a mismatch of information.

Great service, super attentive professionals, all doubts were clarified in the evaluation, with the right to a panoramic X-ray exam. I loved the clinic, the service in general and the ease of interest-free payment on the card that can be made on time, if you don't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não estou tendo uma boa experiência. Me deram um prazo de 15 dias e só ficam dando desculpas e protelando. Paguei o tratamento parte a vista e parte no cartão de crédito parcelado. Na hora de fechar o negócio foram bem rápidos. Solicitei urgência e ouvi que seria dado o status de prioridade e até agora nada.
