Não façam procedimento de implantes na Odontocompany! Vale mais a pena esperar, juntar um pouquinho mais de dinheiro e pagar uma clínica particular de confiança!
 Bad experience! Excessive delay in delivery of implants and phone service and whatsapp is terrible too.
Do not perform implant procedures at Odontocompany! It's better to wait, save a little more money and pay for a trustworthy private clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito ruim, eles não atendem não respodem. Não consigo marcar consultas tô pagando uma coisa que não estou usando. Achei que fosse densita bom mais só tenho decepção. Não recomendo. É só nervoso que a gente passa.
The service is very bad, they don't answer, they don't answer. I can't book appointments I'm paying for something I'm not using. I thought it was good but I just have disappointment. I do not recommend. It's just nervous that we go through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste lugar eu cheguei para fazer os procedimentos que precisava pra saúde e estética dos dentes, não fui atendida com acompanhamento unicamente de um profissional, até aí tudo bem, mas eles só olha e começa passar valor.
Ok eu fiz um plano de 2 anos achando que ia cobrir minhas necessidades, mas nada do que eu precisava esteva nesse plano inicial.
Mas deixei pq a Dra disse que não tinha taxa ade cancelamento somente se eu fizesse algum procedimento, eu teria que pagar a parte, fiz outro plano de implante este eu gostei pela forma de pagamento .
Precisei fazer canal e o plano inicial não cobria teria que pagar a parte de novo, enfim cancelei o plano de dois anos de 20 reais por mês ,que eu já havia pagado 50reais tive que pagar mais 50 cinquenta reais sem usar nada. E agora só vou lá pro procedimento do implante que já é algo caro. Atendimento bom em partes porque deixam o paciente pra lá e pra ca.
In this place I arrived to do the procedures I needed for health and aesthetics of the teeth, I was not attended with only a professional, so far so good, but they just look and start to pass value.
Okay I made a 2 year plan thinking it would cover my needs, but nothing I needed was in that initial plan.
But I left it because the Dra said that there was no cancellation fee only if I did some procedure, I would have to pay the part, I made another implant plan, I liked the payment method.
I had to make a channel and the initial plan would not cover it, I would have to pay the part again, so I canceled the two-year plan of 20 reais a month, which I had already paid 50 reals and I had to pay another 50 reais without using anything. And now I'm just going to go through the implant procedure, which is already expensive. Good service in parts because they leave the patient there and there.

Conheci através de uma colega de trabalho, entrei em contato com eles e foi dito que poderia fazer o planinho de 20 reais não haveria fidelidade e pagar a parte os outros procedimentos e que poderia ganhar até 50% de desconto nos procedimentos. Até aí, tudo bem, cheguei lá para avaliação a dentista, olhou e já passou os valores, perguntei sobre o desconto, a dentista desconhecia, foi até a recepção e voltou dizendo que o valor passado era o valor com desconto já. Questionei as recepcionistas que acabou ligando para alguém que me deu um "desconto ", ainda assim ficou caro. Disseram que só começaria a fazer o tratamento assim que pagassem 50% do valor e em dois meses estava com o tratamento todo pago. Aí começou o problema, toda vez que ia lá tinha que tirar molde do dente. Troquei de dentista pelo menos quatro vezes. A prótese toda vez quebrava. Sempre que eu tinha horário, era desmarcado e nunca reagendado. Atendimento péssimo, nunca resolvia esses problemas. E no final, disseram que o tratamento teria sido todo feito, tive que passar por procedimentos de avaliação porque segundo eles eu estava mentindo e estava com todo o tratamento pronto. Sendo que eu tava com a boca cheia de buracos e em um dos dentes estava com resina de obturação, sendo que eu paguei 1.200 reais em uma coroa. Só começou a ir pra frente quando descidi abrir reclamações no Procon e depois de um ano nessa enrolação, estou terminando o tratamento. Mas não indico odonto company pra ninguém.
Terrible. I met through a co-worker, got in touch with them and was told that I could make the plan for 20 reais, there would be no loyalty and pay part of the other procedures and that I could earn up to 50% discount on the procedures. Until then, all right, I got there for the dentist's evaluation, looked and already gave the values, I asked about the discount, the dentist didn't know, went to the reception and came back saying that the value given was the discounted value. I questioned the receptionists who ended up calling someone who gave me a "discount", but it still got expensive. They said that they would only start the treatment as soon as they paid 50% of the amount and in two months I had all the treatment paid for. Then the problem started, every time I went there, I had to take a mold from my tooth. I changed dentist at least four times. The prosthesis broke every time. Whenever I had a schedule, it was unbooked and never rescheduled. Terrible service, it never solved these problems. And in the end, they said that the treatment would have been done, I had to go through evaluation procedures because, according to them, I was lying and I had all the treatment ready. Since my mouth was full of holes and one of the teeth was filled with filling resin, and I paid 1,200 reais in a crown. It only started to go forward when I decided to file complaints at Procon and after a year of this mess, I'm finishing the treatment. But I don't recommend dental company to anyone.
