★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente da clínica e sou muito agradecida, sempre fui muito bem atendida pelas recepcionista. Sobre os doutores são ótimos profissionais, todos muito atenciosos e educados. Obtive grandes resultados na minha saúde bucal, principalmente sobre o meu tratamento com o aparelho ortodôntico. Sou muito feliz obrigada por tudo. O gerente Pedro sempre muito alegre e simpático com todos. Já indiquei várias pessoas e vou indicar mais. Minha mãe é paciente e está fazendo implantes e está dando tudo certo. Minha nota e mil pra essa clínica.
 I am a patient at the clinic and I am very grateful, I have always been very well attended by the receptionists. About doctors, they are great professionals, all very attentive and polite. I had great results in my oral health, especially regarding my treatment with orthodontic braces. I'm very happy thanks for everything. The manager Pedro is always very cheerful and friendly with everyone. I have already nominated several people and I will nominate more. My mother is patient and is having implants and everything is working out. My grade and a thousand for this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas 3 estrelas vão apenas por consideração a Bruna que sempre é muito educada e atenciosa e alguns dentistas que fazem muito bem seu trabalho. Porem realmente preciso enfatizar a falta de respeito com o cliente pelo pessoal da recepção e agendamento, eu faço tratamento, indiquei minha tia e meu pai e todos temos os mesmos problemas. Lá não é cumprido horário de atendimento você chega no horário da sua consulta e só é atendido no mínimo 30 minutos depois, você sai da consulta e pergunta quando pode retornar eles falam que te ligam e se você deixar, te esquecem. Quase nunca se comprometem com prazos e quando se comprometem não os respeitam, é realmente lamentável pois chega a ser desgastante, porque você paga e tem que ficar em cima se não o serviço não sai. Eu trabalho com pessoas há anos e de verdade se eu me comprometer com o cliente em fazer algo ou dar um retorno eu faço antes que ele me pense em me cobrar, isso passa confiança, porque da forma que vocês agem parece que estão querendo enganar a gente, é feio é chato e desnecessário, vocês são simpáticos, se esforçam para crescer, mas de verdade assim não vai. Hoje pode parecer que um comentário de uma pessoa insatisfeita não faz diferença, mas eu levei mais duas pessoas e se eu falasse mal perderiam 3 clientes que possivelmente falariam mal de vocês para mais 3 pessoas. Eu realmente não quero e não gosto de ter que ficar cobrando as pessoas de fazerem o que elas se comprometeram a fazer, portanto só quero pedir respeito dos atendentes e que os prazos sejam cumpridos.
My 3 stars go only out of consideration to Bruna who is always very polite and helpful and some dentists who do their job very well. However, I really need to emphasize the lack of respect for the client by the reception and scheduling staff, I do treatment, I referred my aunt and my father and we all have the same problems. There are no office hours, you arrive at the time of your appointment and you are only seen at least 30 minutes later, you leave the appointment and ask when you can return they say they will call you and if you leave, they forget you. They almost never commit to deadlines and when they do, they don't respect them, it's really regrettable because it gets exhausting, because you pay and have to stay on top of it otherwise the service doesn't come out. I've been working with people for years and really if I commit to the client to do something or give a return I do it before he thinks about charging me, it shows confidence, because the way you act it seems like you're trying to deceive the people, it's ugly, it's boring and unnecessary, you're nice, you make an effort to grow, but really it won't. Today it may seem that a comment from a dissatisfied person makes no difference, but I took two more people and if I spoke badly they would lose 3 customers who would possibly speak ill of you to 3 more people. I really don't want and I don't like having to keep asking people to do what they've committed to do, so I just want to ask for respect from the attendants and for deadlines to be met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O loucal e ótimo, limpo e com todos os produtos para proteção,só a demora para fazer um cartão que fiquei esperando para fazer que me deixou um pouco aborrecido. O local não tem estacionamento e temos que por veículos em locais desconhecidos.
Hoje eu voltei a esse estabelecimento e vi tudo ao contrário do cenário passando o chão todo sujo e com sangue, não tem álcool gel. 30/09/2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, fiz 4 obturações e estou quase um mês com todos dentes doendo, acredito que vou ter que refazer tudo de novo. Estou com muita sensibilidade nos dente. Lá não volto mais. Gostei do atendimento do rapaz da recepção o magrinho mais antigo.super educado. Se não tivesse tido uma experiência Ruim anterior com extração de um siso, onde tive muita dor nos pós operatório, devido não ter sido medicado direito, até voltaria para rever essa obturacoes.Fui sem dor e hoje tenho várias.
I don't recommend it, I had 4 fillings and I'm almost a month with all my teeth hurting, I believe I'll have to do it all over again. I have very sensitive teeth. I won't go back there. I liked the service of the guy at the reception, the oldest skinny guy.Super polite. If I hadn't had a previous bad experience with wisdom teeth extraction, where I had a lot of pain in the postoperative period, due to not having been properly medicated, I would even go back to review this filling. I was pain free and today I have several.
