★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês não tem empatia pelo paciente eu estou sofrendo a dias a mais de duas semanas sem comer, e a base de remédios pois já não aguento de dor, porque deixaram os parafusos do meu implante solto quase engoli um deles por falta de responsabilidade de um que se diz profissional, ligo aí mando mensagem no WhatsApp e nada fazem por mim e uma tremenda falta de respeito pelo ser humano.
You don't have empathy for the patient, I've been suffering for days for more than two weeks without eating, and on the basis of medicines because I can't stand the pain anymore, because they left my implant screws loose, I almost swallowed one of them due to lack of responsibility of one who if they say professional, I call there and send a message on WhatsApp and they do nothing for me and a tremendous lack of respect for human beings.

Péssimo atendimento !!!!
Quando vc vai para fazer uma avaliação eles te oferecem mil coisas e não cumprem com nada!
Combinaram a colocação da prótese da minha mãe a colocação dos pinos da parte inferior e superior no mesmo dia, demoram mais de um mês para marcar a Cirurgia. No dia da cirurgia ficamos esperando 1h para ser atendido, depois de 1h chegou uma mensagem no celular da minha mãe avisando que o médico teve um imprevisto e não poderia atender, sendo que estávamos na recepção e toda hora eles garantiram que o médico estava chegando!
Remarcaram para 1 semana depois sendo que minha mãe já tinha começado a tomar o antibiótico um dia antes do que seria o dia da cirurgia.
No dia que resolveram atender ela para a cirurgia o combinado era fazer a colocação dos pinos nas duas partes do boca, inferior e superior. Fizeram só a inferior alegando que precisaria da tomografia, agora pq depois de quase dois meses pago eles já não solicitaram a tomografia para chegar no dia da consulta com ela em mãos?
Fomos retirar os pontos, que segundo o médico não precisava agendar, era só chegar e qualquer dentista tiraria... Mais 01 hora de esperar, só fomos atendidos depois de todos que estavam marcado. Se funciona assim, pq não marcar hr também para poder apenas tirar os pontos?
Todo mundo tem compromisso, todo mundo tem horário, aprendam a ter respeito e responsabilidade !!!

When you go to make an assessment they offer you a thousand things and they don't accomplish anything!
They combined the placement of my mother's prosthesis and the placement of the lower and upper pins on the same day, it takes more than a month to schedule the surgery. On the day of the surgery we were waiting 1h to be seen, after 1h a message arrived on my mother's cell phone saying that the doctor had an unforeseen event and could not attend, as we were at the reception and they always ensured that the doctor was arriving!
They rescheduled it for 1 week later as my mother had already started taking the antibiotic a day before what would be the day of surgery.
On the day they decided to see her for surgery, the arrangement was to place the pins in both parts of the mouth, inferior and superior. They only did the lower one claiming that they would need the tomography, now why after nearly two months paid they no longer requested the tomography to arrive on the day of the consultation with it in hand?
We went to remove the stitches, which, according to the doctor, he didn't need to schedule, he just had to arrive and any dentist would take it... One more hour to wait, we were only seen after everyone who was scheduled. If it works like that, why not mark hr too so you can just take the points?
Everyone has a commitment, everyone has a schedule, learn to have respect and responsibility!!!
