Então como eu tinha consulta marcada já perguntei se era por ordem de chegada,a recepcionista disse que no meu caso não pq já estava marcada
Meia hora depois do meu horário marcado ainda não tinha sido atendida
Quando fui falar na recepção a médica ouviu e me chamou
Entrei na sala falando que havia marcado a consulta que a meia hora atrás e que não podia ficar esperando muito pq tenho que pegar meu filho ela toda arrogante me disse que marca paciente a cada meia hora e que eu tinha que esperar,eu falei bom saber que é assim não venho mais ela disse vc que sabe
Fez uma limpeza de 2 min horrível não vou mais
Meu marido que ERA paciente tbm não vai mais

So, as I had an appointment, I asked if it was on a first come first served basis, the receptionist said that in my case it was not already scheduled
Half an hour after my appointment had not yet been answered
When I went to speak at the reception the doctor heard and called me
I went into the room saying that I had made an appointment that half an hour ago and that I couldn't wait too long because I have to pick up my son, she arrogantly told me that she makes a patient every half hour and that I had to wait, I said good to know that's how I don't come anymore she said you know
Did a horrible 2 min cleaning I won't anymore
My husband who WAS a patient too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma raspagem de tártaro nessa clínica a um tempo, foram 5 sessões, e me senti extremamente enganada, pois quando fui ver o trabalho feito em minha boca no fim do tratamento, havia vários dentes ainda com cáries, ia fazer todos os procedimentos na minha boca lá, acabei desistindo depois de ver o resultado.
Eles colocam a foto de um artista famoso na entrada da clínica pra mostrar que alí há um serviço de primeira, mas isso é pura ilusão, a odontologia se tornou uma máfia, meramente focada no interesse financeiro e não na saúde da sua boca, o negócio agora e meter implante, canal e coroa na boca do outros, os outros procedimentos não geram ganho....
Não recomendo essa clínica para ninguém, é perda de tempo e dinheiro, fazem o serviço na sua boca olhando toda hora para o relógio, as vezes nem chega a dar 30 minutos, o tempo é cronometrado, e o serviço muito mal feito!

They put a picture of a famous artist at the entrance to the clinic to show that there is a first-rate service there, but this is pure illusion, dentistry has become a mafia, merely focused on financial interests and not on the health of your mouth, the business now and putting implant, canal and crown in the mouth of others, the other procedures do not generate gain....
I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, it's a waste of time and money, they do the job in your mouth looking at the clock all the time, sometimes it's not even 30 minutes, the time is timed, and the job is very poorly done!
