★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em agosto do ano passado eu procurei esta OdontoCompany, para fazer implante na parte superior , e tive que fazer 6 extrações, 3 meses depois pedi a nota fiscais e até hoje não recebi, fiz a cirurgia em janeiro me falaram para esperar 6 meses para que o osso calcificasse e só ai então colocaria os dentes definitivos, o que ainda não aconteceu ; já contados 9 meses, diante disto liguei pra lá hoje e tive como resposta que: iria passar o meu nome para a responsável pelo implante e ela entraria em contato comigo. o problema é que no dia da cirurgia em que coloquei os pinos; um deles quando o dentista: Igor, ao apertar o pino senti algo estalar no céu de minha boca , e como estava sob efeito da anestesia no momento nem uma dor senti; logo após comecei a sentir dores e com o fato da pandemia não procurei esta companhia, o que somente o fiz hoje , pq estou sem comer carne, bem como qualquer alimento de consistência mais rígida. finalizando ; não obtive a nota fiscal do sérvios contratado e nem tão pouco a finalização dos mesmos até a presente data, aguardo por um posicionamento mais cortes, fiel e respeitoso desta empresa que diga-se de passagem é muito mal administrada e pior do que isto pessimamente gerenciada.

Finishing ; I didn’t get the invoice of the contracted Serbs and neither the finalization of them until the present date, I wait for a more cut, faithful and respectful positioning of this company that is said in passing is very badly managed and worse than this badly managed .

Me chamo Tiago e sou cliente da Odontocompany da unidade Penha.
solicitei no dia 16/06 terça feira passada um simples documento, uma nota fiscal do ano base 2019 ao qual informaria os valores das mensalidades pagas, o valor total pago em 2019, CNPJ da empresa e Razao social da empresa, ao qual eu tenho direito para os devidos fins de eu declarar meu imposto de renda 2020. já começou a falta de respeito com a demora, se nao entro em contato dia 22/06 segunda feira sendo mais incisivo na questão, solicitando novamente o documento, que solicitei a uma semana atrás e logo horas depois por email um funcionário do setor administrativo chamando Isaque me passa um email com um documento que não é uma nota fiscal do ano de 2019 da Odontocompany e sim um recibo com a data de 22/06/20 assinado pela Doutora Flavia com o recibo no CPF dela e com um valor que não corresponde ao que eu paguei em 2019. diferente do que eu preciso e com os dados da empresa e não de uma pessoa física. ficam alegando que no período que eu pedi eles não tem como gerar mais essa nota fiscal de 2019, tremenda incompetência por parte da empresa ou "esperteza".
isso que estão fazendo tem nome e sobrenome e é proibido por lei e passando essa conta pra terceiros
na mesma hora vi o erro e mandei a mensagem por email pro isaque alertando sobre o erro e mais uma vez em uma total falta de respeito, não obtive resposta.
Após isso entrei em contato com um dos gerentes da unidade chamado Leonardo que pouco caso fez da situação e pediu pra procurar novamente o Isaque, que me ligou em seguida, prometeu me enviar o documento e novamente com total falta de respeito não enviou.
com isso fico sem conseguir finalizar meu imposto de renda 2020 pois só falta essa informação da empresa que eu não consigo obter. espero conseguir solucionar isso pra eu declarar meu imposto de renda 2020.
Simples de resolver, mas vcs querem dificultar.

what they are doing has a first and last name and is prohibited by law and passing this account on to third parties
at the same time I saw the error and sent the message by email to isaque warning about the error and once again in a total lack of respect, I did not get an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente da ODONTO COMPANY PENHA - RJ , uma das minhas extrações, descobrir hoje indo lá que o Dentista Danilo que nem se encontra mais no consultório deixou um pedaço de dente lá dentro e terei que novamente realizar uma mini cirurgia, estava me incomodando, porque tem uma ponta para fora da minha gengiva e hoje descobrir isso lá. Estava agendada juntamente com o meu marido HOJE ÁS 14H , chegamos com 1h de antecedência e 14:30 a recepcionista disse que a Dra Caroline ainda ia até a paciente das 11h e iria almoçar. Como assim? agendamos para 14:15 e a mesma ainda não tinha almoçado, pra que que agenda as pessoas nesses horários e tanta gente?! Fomos embora porque não iríamos esperar até o final do dia para ser atendidos, isso ACONTECE SEMPREEEEEE, já sair em um sábado ás 19h agendada as 15h por falta de organização. Não dão conta de NADA, todo mês mudam de dentista e hoje descubro que a minha mini cirurgia não foi finalizada. UM ABSURDO! A gerência fechada, não tinha nem como reclamar com o mesmo. NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM!

We left because we would not wait until the end of the day to be attended, it HAPPENS ALWAYS, already leaving on a Saturday at 19h scheduled at 15h due to lack of organization. They don't give a damn about NOTHING, every month they change their dentist and today I discover that my mini surgery was not finished. AN ABSURD! The closed management had no way of complaining about it. DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE!

NÃO MERECEM NENHUMA ESTRELA!
Fica HORAS esperando pra ser atendido e quando finalmente te chamam você não fica nem 15 minutos. Tenho plano a 1 ano e se fui 4 vezes foi muito, pois na minha ultima consulta em OUTUBRO DE 2020, agendei o ultimo horário por conta do trabalho e por estar chovendo e transito ruim me atrasei 5 MINUTOS e quando cheguei o profissional tinha ido embora, sendo que mais cedo me ligaram confirmei consulta e depois simplesmente fiquei sem ser atendida e perdi 2horas de trabalho meu. ESTOU PEDINDO CANCELAMENTO DÊS DE ENTÃO POIS PAGO NO CARTÃO DE CREDITO E ELES SEMPRE INVENTAM UMA DESCULPA, UMA QUE SÓ PODE SOMENTE PRESENCIAL E QUANDO CHEGA LÁ SÓ PODE COM A GERENCIA E A GERENCIA NUNCA SE ENCONTRA.

You spend HOURS waiting to be attended and when they finally call you you don't even stay 15 minutes. I have a 1 year plan and if I went 4 times it was a lot, because in my last appointment in OCTOBER 2020, I scheduled the last time because of work and because it was raining and bad traffic I was 5 MINUTES late and when I arrived the professional was gone , being that they called me earlier, I confirmed my appointment and then I just went unanswered and lost 2 hours of my work. I AM ASKING FOR CANCELLATION THEN THEN PAY FOR THE CREDIT CARD AND THEY ALWAYS INVENT AN EXCUSE, ONE THAT CAN ONLY BE PRESENTIAL AND WHEN IT ARRIVES THERE, IT CAN ONLY BE WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MANAGEMENT IT IS NEVER ENCOUNTERED.

Estou a 40 dias sem dormir, sem malhar sem fazer nada direito por causa de uma dor no dente e já fui lá 7 vezes e eles não resolveram nada .
Vou ter q pagar em outro lugar e tentar reaver as despesas na justiça.
Não caíam nessa furada .
