Fui realizar uma avaliação,a pessoa que me avaliou totalmente perdida nem panorâmica sabiam fazer saiu manchada tive que repetir.
Tinha 1 canal e 1 restauração para fazer( já sabia pois tinha ido em 2 profissionais antes, fui porque era mas perto da minha casa e p orçamento) a pessoa não viu eu falei que tinha teimou que não e que só precisava de limpeza, me agendaram para fazer a limpeza que demorou 3 min? quando reclamei me colocaram para ser avaliada novamente e aí sim foi identificado oque realmente tinha que fazer.
Não recomendo esse local,pois os profissionais são inexperientes e só querem fechar atendimento
Inexperienced professionals.
I went to carry out an evaluation, the person who evaluated me was totally lost, nor did they know how to do it, it came out stained I had to repeat it.
I had 1 channel and 1 restoration to do (I already knew because I had gone to 2 professionals before, I went because it was closer to my house and budget) the person didn't see it, I said that he had insisted that he didn't and that he just needed cleaning, they booked me to do the cleaning, which took 3 minutes, when I complained they put me to be evaluated again and then it was identified what I really had to do.
I don't recommend this place, as the professionals are inexperienced and just want to close the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tem bons profissionais e atendimento muito bom, mas oq deixa a desejar é o tempo de espera, marcaram uma consulta pra mim 17:45 e me atenderam dps das 19:00 acho isso ridículo da parte deles e ainda exigem 15 minutos de antecedência, falta de respeito total com os clientes!!!
there are good professionals and very good service, but what is lacking is the waiting time, they made an appointment for me at 5:45 pm and they saw me after 7:00 pm I think this is ridiculous on their part and they still require 15 minutes in advance, lack of total respect with customers!!!
