I was very well received and attended to at this Odontocompany unit. The receptionists were very well trained. The dental professionals who took care of my treatment are excellent. I found the clinic clean and very well organized! I recommend!

Fiz avaliação a atendente explicou tudo de maneira clara.
E logo em seguida fui atendida, Assinei o contrato logo já fui atendida, eu estava com muita dor de dente e que foi resolvida em menos de 20 min.
Obrigada a todos pelo ótimo atendimento (e rápido) e obrigada a recepcionista (Ruth) que foi paciente cmg me entendeu mesmo eu falando super baixo por causa da dor kkk?

I checked and the attendant explained everything clearly.
And soon after I was attended to, I signed the contract soon I was attended to, I had a lot of toothache and it was resolved in less than 20 min.
Thank you all for the great (and fast) service and thank you to the receptionist (Ruth) who was patient with me, even though I spoke super softly because of the pain lol?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar. O polaco q e pago não cobre quase nada. Qualquer tratamento básico fica fora do plano. E quando vc quer fazer tratamento fora do que o plano cobre, você paga o preço de qualquer cliente pagaria. Acho q não leva em conta que vc já paga o plano. Peça muito nesta parte.
The service at the front desk leaves to be desired. The polish q and paid does not cover almost nothing. Any basic treatment is out of the plan. And when you want to take treatment out of what the plane covers, you pay the price of any customer pay. I think it does not take into account that you already pay the plan. Ask a lot in this part.
