★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui no OdontoCompanyPrime no shopping da ilha o atendimento começa às 10h e vai até às 21h. Porém, o que observei é que ao começar pela manhã às 10h o atendimento vai somente até às 11:30 e reiniciando às 14h, isso é um absurdo porque pela manhã somente funciona até às 11:30 e voltando à funcionar somente à tarde, logo dentro de um shopping bem qualificado.
Here at OdontoCompanyPrime at the island's mall the service starts at 10am and goes until 9pm. However, what I noticed is that starting at 10:00 am the service only goes until 11:30 and restarting at 2:00 p.m., this is absurd because in the morning it only works until 11:30 and it only works again in the afternoon, soon within a well-appointed mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando resolver problemas com implantes mal feitos e eles só enrolam. Infelizmente vou ter q tomar ações mais enérgicas. Procedimentos simples, como restauração etc..indico. Mas se quiser fazer implantes fuja de lá . Total descaso com o cliente ?

Marcam horário, mas é a mesma coisa que nada, vc chega e espera infinitamente. Além de outros problemas no atendimento em geral, parece que vc esta pedindo favor e não um cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento uma solicitação de reembolso desde 01/2022, onde realizo todo o procedimento solicitado pela empresa, gerando um prazo de 15 dias úteis, entretanto ao passar o prazo sou informado que não havia procedimento realizado, na segunda tentativa mais 15 dias uteis e retornado a informação de que houve atualização no sistema e se perdeu o processo (porque fui atras, pois o atendimento não sinalizou nada) , a empresa sem se importar muito com a situação do cliente e dar devida urgência por ja ter se passado 30 dias úteis, solicita novamente uma espera de mais 15 dias úteis e ainda proibiu que a gerência de falar comigo, quando tento ligar rejeitam a ligação e depois de muito mandar mensagem no whats app retornam a informação de que tenho apenas que esperar. Fico sem receber qualquer contato, prazo para finalização.
I have been trying to request a refund since 01/2022, where I carry out the entire procedure requested by the company, generating a period of 15 working days, however when the deadline passes I am informed that there was no procedure carried out, on the second attempt another 15 working days and returned to information that there was an update in the system and the process was lost (because I was late, as the service did not signal anything), the company without caring much about the customer's situation and giving due urgency because 30 working days have already passed, requests again a wait of another 15 working days and it still prohibited the management from talking to me, when I try to call they reject the call and after a lot of message on whats app they return the information that I just have to wait. I do not receive any contact, deadline for completion.
