Já é a quarta vez que desmarcam o atendimento da minha mãe sendo que ela cuida do meu pai ou seja toda vez que ela vai pro dentista ela tem que arrumar alguem pra ficar em casa. Na ultima ocasiao tive qie compensar horas do meu trabalho pra ficar com meu pai no hospital para minha mae ir no dentista e quando chegou lá o sistema estava fora do ar e ela nao foi atendida. Tem uns 4 a 5 meses que minha mae esta com um canal aberto por falta de colocar a peça e ate hoje nada.
Bad service, poorly trained professionals. This is the fourth time that my mother's care has been canceled and she takes care of my father, that is, every time she goes to the dentist she has to get someone to stay at home. On the last occasion I had to make up for hours of work to stay with my father at the hospital for my mother to go to the dentist and when she got there the system was down and she was not attended to. It's been about 4 to 5 months since my mother has an open canal due to lack of putting the piece and still nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha nota é.... 5 estrelas negativas...péssimas recepcionistas. A gente chega lá elas atendem com cara fechada como se fossem obrigadas a atenderem,como se não precisassem do serviço. Liga a ligação não é atendida. Manda mensagem no zap elas demoram uma eternidade para responder e ainda dão respostas incompletas. O tratamento com o plano disseram q RX era coberto tive que pagar 70 reais no ligar q me mandaram fazer....não indico para ninguém a clinica...muito,muito muito ruim ?
My rating is.... 5 negative stars...poor receptionists. When we get there, they answer with a frown as if they were forced to answer, as if they didn't need the service. Call the call is not answered. Send a message on zap they take forever to respond and still give incomplete answers. The treatment with the plan said that RX was covered I had to pay 70 reais on the call they told me to do....I don't recommend the clinic to anyone...very, very, very bad ?
