Protético errou totalmente na cor das próteses , cada dente de uma cor , terei que refazer todo serviço com outro profissional . Tempo e dinheiro perdido , infelizmente ! Em resposta anexo foto do print da primeira conversa pelo whatsapp , pessoalmente reforcei o pedido que não foi atendido . Pelo menos 2 dentistas diferentes me atenderam após o pedido e nenhum deles me apresentou apresentou CRO . Tratei com um profissional e fui atendido por outros , inclusive no dia da instalação da prótese de porcelana uma delas foi cerrada e lixada pelo dentista perdendo totalmente a anatomia , posso anexar foto com laudo de outro dentista ? Alguma posição sobre a diferença clara na cor das próteses ?
Poor service, delays consultations and outsources the service to inexperienced students and interns. Prosthetic totally missed the color of the prostheses, each tooth a color, I will have to redo all service with another professional. Time and money wasted, unfortunately! In response to the attached photo of the print of the first conversation on whatsapp, I personally reinforced the request that was not granted. At least 2 different dentists attended me after the request and none of them presented me with a CRO. I treated with a professional and was attended by others, including on the day of the installation of the porcelain prosthesis, one of them was closed and sanded by the dentist, totally losing anatomy, can I attach a photo with a report from another dentist? Any position on the clear difference in the color of the prostheses?
