★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Falta de profissionalismo absurdo. Marquei consulta p meus dois filhos as 10 da manhã de uma segunda feira. Pontualmente cheguei, fui recebida por uma das dentistas, fiquei esperando por mais de 10 minutos na recepção até que essa dentista me informou que não haveria consulta pq a dentista que atenderia meus filhos estava voltando de viagem e ia aproveitar para resolver uma coisas dela, demonstrando um total desprezo aos meus filhos e a mim, que programei minha agenda p levar os meus filhos e eles não foram atendidos. Poderiam ter enviado uma mensagem informando que ela não nos atenderia, mas não mandaram pq não se importam com o cliente. Desrespeito total. De qq forma fico aliviada que meus filhos não foram tratados nessa clínica pois não da p confiar em profissionais que não se importam com seus clientes. Jamais voltarei e jamais indicarei.
Bad experience. Absurd lack of professionalism. I made an appointment for my two children at 10 am on a Monday. I arrived punctually, I was greeted by one of the dentists, I waited for more than 10 minutes at the reception until this dentist informed me that there would be no appointment because the dentist who would attend my children was returning from a trip and was going to take the opportunity to solve one of her things, demonstrating a total contempt for my children and me, who programmed my schedule to take my children and they were not attended. They could have sent a message saying that she wouldn't answer us, but they didn't because they don't care about the customer. Total disrespect. Anyway, I'm relieved that my children were not treated at this clinic because you can't trust professionals who don't care about their customers. I will never go back and will never recommend.
