★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no local 14:15 achando que minha consulta era às 14:30 e a recepcionista disse que não podia mais ser atendido pois estava marcado a consulta para às 14h, moro em Itu falei que sai de outra cidade por indicação e a recepcionista não fez questão nem de perguntar se queria aguardar ou agendar para outro dia, só disse que não poderia ser mais atendido, não cheguei a nem conhecer o Dr Raphael, lamentável postura de atendimento, não volto nunca mais.
I arrived at the place at 2:15 pm thinking that my appointment was at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said that I could no longer be attended because the appointment was scheduled for 2 pm, I live in Itu I said that I left another city by indication and the receptionist did not I didn't even ask if I wanted to wait or schedule for another day, I just said that I couldn't be seen anymore, I didn't even get to know Dr Raphael, unfortunate attitude of service, I'll never come back.
