★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente decepcionada com o atendimento e o serviço desta clínica. Os profissionais são inexperientes e os atendentes vivem no mundo da lua. A doutora que me atendeu, ao restaurar meu dente, aumentou o espaço de um dente para o outro porque não conseguia passar o fio dental, sendo que avisei que sempre passei fio dental na área e nunca tive problemas. A restauração de outro dente ficou superficial, mantendo o buraco do canal, onde se alojam sementes e é bem difícil remover, além da sensibilidade no dente. Entrei em contato com a clínica e pedi para ajustar a restauração. A atendente marcou para hoje, quinta-feira pela manhã. A clínica fica longe de minha casa. Fui até lá conforme agendado e me deparei com a clínica fechada. Aguardei por cerca de 15 minutos, tentei entrar em contato, mas ninguém atendeu. Voltei para casa e só após às 14h mandaram mensagem se desculpando e explicando que não tinha havido atendimento pela manhã e que esqueceram de mandar mensagem avisando. Sem palavras, isso não existe, falta de profissionalismo tremenda. Passem longe mesmo.
Simply disappointed with the care and service of this clinic. The professionals are inexperienced and the attendants live in the moon world. The doctor who attended me, when restoring my tooth, increased the space from one tooth to the other because I couldn't floss, and I warned that I always flossed in the area and I never had any problems. The restoration of another tooth was superficial, keeping the canal hole, where seeds lodge and is very difficult to remove, in addition to the sensitivity in the tooth. I contacted the clinic and asked them to adjust the restoration. The attendant made an appointment for today, Thursday morning. The clinic is far from my house. I went there as scheduled and found the clinic closed. I waited for about 15 minutes, tried to get in touch, but no one answered. I returned home and only after 2 pm they sent a message apologizing and explaining that there had been no service in the morning and that they forgot to send a message. No words, it doesn't exist, tremendous lack of professionalism. Pass away anyway.

Ludmila da qual tem mãos de fadas, pois não senti nenhuma dor. Super recomendo os serviços da Dra. O local e aconchegante e os colaboradores são muitos educados e prestativos.
I've been a patient at the site for almost 3 years and I've never had any problems with the professionals. I had to go through three tooth extractions which was performed by Dr. Ludmila who has fairy hands, as I didn't feel any pain. I highly recommend the services of Dr. The place is cozy and the employees are very polite and helpful.
