★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não me anestesiou direito, doeu todo tempo, sujou todo meu rosto e minha roupa e nem papel para limpeza me ofereceu. Resumindo depois da restauração que na verdade era para ser canal e depois coroa, e fez somente restauração e deixou o dente oco e aberto, perdi meu dente, prejuízo de mais de 2 mil reais para fazer implante.

Se o atendimento desta clínica já é assim imagina o trabalho , até ligações de presídio são mais educados na ligação... Nem tive chance de ser cliente para ter uma péssima experiência, parabéns a está "ótima clínica"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na clínica pelas avaliações positivas, porém que decepção. Marquei pelo whatsapp e deixei bem claro que queria marcar ortodontia para minha filha. Minha decepção já começou com as recepcionistas, ambas mal humoradas, principalmente a que me atendeu, não sei o nome mas estava com uma tipóia no braço. O dentista chamou minha filha e expliquei o pq da consulta e ele disse que era clinico e não ortodontista e pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e que deveria ir na recepção ver se conseguiria consulta para ortodontia, dele não tenho o que reclamar foi muito educado. De volta na recepção informei do erro e mostrei a msg que deixava bem claro o que queria marcar e a moça só soube falar que teria para amanhã e nem a capacidade de pedir desculpa pelo erro teve e ainda ficou me olhando com cara de pouco caso. Gastei gasolina, estacionamento e tempo para nada. Como dizem a primeira impressão é a que fica e pretendo passar bem longe de lá.
*Respondendo o comentário de voceis, foi disponibilizado apenas um horário amanhã e não hoje quando estava na clínica, voceis estão errados e querem justificar o mau atendimento. Mas não tem problema não tenho intenção de voltar.
I went to the clinic because of the positive reviews, but what a disappointment. I booked via whatsapp and made it very clear that I wanted to schedule orthodontics for my daughter. My disappointment started with the receptionists, both of whom were in a bad mood, especially the one who attended me, I don't know the name but she had a sling on her arm. The dentist called my daughter and explained the reason for the appointment and he said he was a clinician and not an orthodontist and apologized for what happened and that he should go to the reception to see if I could get an orthodontic appointment, I have nothing to complain about, he was very polite. Back at reception, I reported the error and showed the message that made it very clear what I wanted to mark and the girl only knew how to say that she would have it for tomorrow and she didn't even have the ability to apologize for the mistake and she still looked at me with a disapproving face. I spent gas, parking and time for nothing. As they say, the first impression is the one that stays and I intend to go far away from there.
*Responding to your comment, only one appointment was made available tomorrow and not today when I was at the clinic, you are wrong and want to justify the bad service. But no problem, I have no intention of going back.
