★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocou no prontuario do meu filho que fez limpeza , porém eu acompanhei meu filho e nao fizemos NENHUM procedimento, a única coisa foi a consulta . Agora fui fazer a Limpeza de fato em outro consultorio e me informaram que consta uma limpeza do dia da consulta, SENDO QUE ELE NAO FEZ LIMPEZA NOS DENTES DO MEU FILHO E COLOCOU QUE FEZ .
He put it in my son's medical record, who cleaned it, but I accompanied my son and we didn't do ANY procedure, the only thing was the consultation. Now I went to do the actual cleaning in another office and they informed me that there is a cleaning on the day of the consultation, BEING THAT HE DIDN'T CLEAN MY SON'S TEETH AND PUT IT DID.
