★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta clínica há uns 15 dias para avaliação de rotina pois moro próximo ao local. Recebi um orçamento de R$ 1300 da dentista e achei muito estranho pelo número de procedimentos. Para minha surpresa fui até a clínica que acompanho anualmente e não tive nada para fazer, ZERO procedimentos ZERO de gasto!! Peço muito cuidado aos futuros corajosos pacientes em não confiar no primeiro orçamento, muito cuidado mesmo!!
Deixo aqui também meus cumprimentos ao dr. Waldemar que me ligou afim de esclarecer o ocorrido e colocou à disposição para nova avaliação sem custo!!
I was in this clinic about 15 days ago for routine evaluation because I live close to the place. I received a budget of R $ 1300 from the dentist and found it very strange due to the number of procedures. To my surprise I went to the clinic that I follow every year and I had nothing to do, ZERO ZERO procedures for spending !! I ask the courageous patients to be very careful not to trust the first budget, very careful indeed !!
I also leave my greetings to dr. Waldemar who called me in order to clarify what happened and made it available for new evaluation at no cost !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento em 2019 na qual constava uma limpeza dentária por 300 reais.
No whatsapp me disseram que a limpeza era a partir de 180.
O serviço ficou ótimo, entretanto a raspagem que falam não é diferente de outros lugares em que a media é de 200 no maximo.
Aceitei fazer porem imaginei que houvesse um serviço diferenciado que justificasse o valor.
E foi uma limpeza simples de 40 min.
I made a budget in 2019 which included a dental cleaning for 300 reais.
On whatsapp I was told that cleaning was from 180.
The service was great, however the sweep they say is no different from other places where the average is 200 at most.
I agreed to do it however I imagined that there was a differentiated service that justified the value.
And it was a simple 40 min cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica para uma consulta com a intenção de uma limpeza de rotina. A dentista que me atendeu não tinha nenhuma postura profissional. Ela fez uma breve avaliação nos meus dentes com comentários debochados do tipo “opa, tem uma cárie aqui daquelas que a gente nem sabe o tamanho do buraco qd a broca bater”.
Nesta avaliação fui informada que eu tinha duas cáries. Eu resolvi procurar outro local pq eu a postura da dentista que me atendeu foi péssima. Assim, após a avaliação de um segundo dentista que indicou só uma limpeza simples, eu comentei sobre a avaliação anterior que eu fiz na odontologia Jaguaré. Apesar dele não ter visto “essas cáries” ele pediu uma avaliação por radiografia para me tranquilizar. Para minha surpresa a radiografia também confirmou que eu não tinha nenhuma cárie! Já mudei de país e já vim em um outro dentista aqui, ele também solicitou avaliação dessas supostas cáries e nonagenário foi confirmado com radiografias que eu sigo sem cáries nos dentes.
Se eu tivesse continuado na clínica Jaguaré iria me submeter a um tratamento sem necessidade, além de ter que passar por uma broca e perder parte do dente como a dentista, eu ainda iria pagar por coisas que não precisava. Sugiro que tenha cautela com o local e duvidem dos serviços indicados pelos profissionais dessa clínica.
I was at the clinic for a consultation with the intention of a routine cleaning. The dentist who attended me had no professional attitude. She made a brief assessment of my teeth with mocking comments like "oops, there is a cavity here that we don't even know the size of the hole in when the drill hits".
In this evaluation I was informed that I had two cavities. I decided to look for another place, because the posture of the dentist who attended me was terrible. So, after the evaluation of a second dentist who indicated only a simple cleaning, I commented on the previous evaluation I made at Jaguaré dentistry. Although he didn't see "these cavities" he asked for a radiographic evaluation to reassure me. To my surprise the X-ray also confirmed that I had no caries! I have already moved to another country and I have come to another dentist here, he also requested an evaluation of these supposed cavities and the nonagenarian was confirmed with radiographs that I follow without tooth decay.
If I had stayed at the Jaguaré clinic, I would undergo an unnecessary treatment, in addition to having to go through a drill and lose part of the tooth as a dentist, I would still pay for things I didn't need. I suggest you be careful with the location and doubt the services indicated by the professionals of that clinic.

Facilita muito a forma de pagamento!
Porém, como qualquer negócio, sempre há um defeito, e nós como clientes, devemos apontá-los.
Acredito que a clínica deve corrigir alguns erros na área ortodôntica, como por exemplo, atender aos finais de semana e colocar mais profissionais, pois hoje só tem a Dra. Silvana. Seria uma boa um profissional que atenda aos sábados.
Tirando isso, a clínica é excelente!

I believe that the clinic must correct some errors in the orthodontic area, such as, for example, attending the weekends and placing more professionals, as today there is only Dr. Silvana. It would be a good professional to serve on Saturdays.
Other than that, the clinic is excellent!
