★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estou aqui para avaliar o dentista até pq pelo atendimento no telefone espanta até os clientes, liguei pra marcar uma avaliação, nem bom dia teve coragem de dar.
Seca pra falar com o público, perguntei se tinha horário e ela disse q ñ tinha nenhum horário e ñ teve coragem de abrir a boca pra dizer quando teria ou q podia me colocar em uma lista de espera.
Já sei q o dentista é muito requisitado.
Mas pra trabalhar com público tem q ter empatia querida funcionária.
Quando se atende em uma clínica vc deve dizer: consultório odontológico Moreira bom dia!.
Quando ela atendeu ela disse alô! Pra ter certeza tive q perguntar se era do consultório, então querida nota zero pra vc como atendente.
I'm not here to evaluate the dentist because the service on the phone amazes even the clients, I called to schedule an evaluation, I didn't even have the courage to give it.
