★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estava marcada às 08:00 juntamente com outros 10 pacientes, cheguei com antecedência de 10 min e não tive acesso ao local que só abre as 08:00 mas abriram após 08:20 pela insistência de outros pacientes, ar condicionado não funciona, ligaram pra confirmar um dia antes da consulta e ao chegar no local o médico não fazia mais parte do consultório e não havia nenhum outro que realizasse o procedimento. Viagem perdida. E aconteceu com outras pessoas também. Total falta de respeito, comprometimento e profissionalismo.
Bad service, it was scheduled at 08:00 along with 10 other patients, I arrived 10 min in advance and I did not have access to the place that only opens at 08:00 but they opened after 08:20 due to the insistence of other patients, air conditioning does not work , they called to confirm the day before the appointment and when they arrived at the place the doctor was no longer part of the office and there was no one else to perform the procedure. Missed trip. And it happened to other people too. Total lack of respect, commitment and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo o consultório Dra. Renata Negromonte. Só se mudou, mas quando fiz meu canal, aparentemente, só tinha dentistas formados há pouco tempo, e não deu certo. O dente continuou doendo, fui lá novamente e não resolveram. A impressão que tive foi que eles estavam achando que eu estava inventando que estava doendo, pois ficaram me questionando que se eu fiz canal, não deveria estar doendo (canal mal feito, né filha? vontade de dizer...). A sala é apertada e você é atendido ao lado de outras pessoas com mais ou menos meio metro de distância. Além da desorganização, pois a dentista levantava o tempo inteiro para pegar instrumentos e materiais que tinham sido levados por outro dentista ou pela auxiliar. Procurei outro consultório, por garantia.

I want to say...). The room is cramped and you are served alongside other people about half a meter away. In addition to the disorganization, as the dentist got up all the time to pick up instruments and materials that had been taken by another dentist or by the assistant. I looked for another office, just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao consultório para realizar uma restauração, no atendimento com uma profissional, fui convencida de uma necessidade de realizar um canal a princípio não desejado. No segundo atendimento o procedimento foi finalizado por outra profissional diferente da que iniciou, o que não achei apropriado. O acabamento do procedimento realizado foi insatisfatório. Menos de um ano depois o dente quebrou ao higienizar com fio dental.
