â â â â â PĂSSIMO! Fui muito destratada por um rapaz da recepção. Nem olhou na cara, nĂŁo prestou atenção em nada no que eu falei. Pedi um orçamento e ele me pediu pra aguardar. Ficou conversando e ninguĂ©m ali me deu atenção. Fui sentar achando que ele ia me chamar depois e nĂŁo aconteceu nada. Uma bagunça. Fui embora. NĂŁo recomendo! Uma baderna. Vou reclamar no Reclame aqui. Fui na Odonto Company em seguida e fui muito, muito bem tratada. NĂŁo vĂĄ nessa clĂnica!
TERRIBLE! I was very disliked by a guy from the reception. He didn't even look in the face, he didn't pay attention to anything I said. I asked for a quote and he asked me to wait. He talked and nobody there paid any attention to me. I went to sit down thinking he was going to call me later and nothing happened. A mess. I left. I do not recommend! A riot. I will complain at Reclame here I went to the Odonto Company next and was treated very, very well. Don't go to that clinic!

â â â â â HorrĂvel , de inĂcio te tratam muito bem , porĂ©m se cancelar o serviço e pedir a devolução do seu dinheiro te tratam como um ninguĂ©m e ainda de quebra zombam da sua cara quando reclama .
Fiz um orçamento, atĂ© cheguei fazer uma limpeza para dar inĂcio a outro tratamento , dei um valor X de entrada porĂ©m nĂŁo pude realizar os procedimentos e pedir o reembolso e atĂ© hoje nada e mal me respondem
Horrible, at first they treat you very well, but if you cancel the service and ask for your money back, they treat you like a nobody and even make fun of you when you complain.
I made a budget, I even got to do a cleaning to start another treatment, I gave an X amount of entry but I couldn't carry out the procedures and ask for a refund and until today nothing and they barely respond to me

Tem um tal de Dr.(coisinha),fica na recepção e Ă© o tal do orçamentista passem longe dele! Paguei parte de um tratamento e nĂŁo tive o tratamento e nem o meu dinheiro devolvido,estou passando por 4 meses de puro estresse! Solicitei a devolução do meu dinheiro Ă mais de uma semana e atĂ© agora,nada....Depois dĂȘem uma olhada no site do "Reclame Aqui" e vejam a reputação e a quantidade de reclamação! Essa clinica merece o prĂȘmio trofĂ©u cocĂŽ !
When you pass in front of this clinic, change sidewalks!! They don't keep what they promise and they still get crazy when it comes to returning money that is yours! There's a Dr. (little thing), he's at the reception and he's the estimator, stay away from him! I paid for part of a treatment and I didn't have the treatment or my money back, I'm going through 4 months of pure stress! I asked for my money back more than a week ago and so far, nothing....Then take a look at the "Reclame Aqui" website and see the reputation and the amount of complaints! This clinic deserves the poop trophy award!
