Não sei qual sistema de marcação eles usam, pois marquei consulta 2 vezes e ao ligar para confirmar o atendimento (coisa que eles deveriam fazer) minha consulta simplesmente não estava agendada. Duas vezes!!! Perguntam se é o convênio ou particular, e de acordo com o quê, te passam a data. Se tratando de convênios as datas são demoradas, para chegar no dia não ter nada marcado! Estão brincando de consultório! Estão brincando com a saúde bucal das crianças!
Terrible!!! I don't know which appointment system they use, as I made an appointment twice and when I called to confirm the service (which they should do) my appointment was simply not scheduled. Twice!!! They ask if it's the health insurance or private, and according to what, they give you the date. When it comes to agreements, the dates are delayed, to arrive on the day without having anything scheduled! They are playing office! They are playing with the children's oral health!
