Soy una española viviendo en Sao Paulo y todos los tratamientos los realizo aquí (tras haber pasado por otros lugares). Los cuidados durante la pandemia han sido extremos, sin dejar de prestar el servicio de urgencia que los pacientes necesitamos. La Dra. Silvia es muy especial, cariñosa y profesional, realiza el seguimiento integral del paciente desde el minuto cero. Para quien es exigente y desea una atención personalizada, yo la recomiendo.
Customer service is excellent and undeniable professionalism. I am a Spanish woman living in Sao Paulo and I do all the treatments here (after having gone through other places). The care during the pandemic has been extreme, without ceasing to provide the emergency service that patients need. Dr. Silvia is very special, loving and professional, she carries out comprehensive monitoring of the patient from minute zero. For those who are demanding and want personalized attention, I recommend it.
