Sou cliente há mais de ano, hoje dia 25/08, cheguei 15 min atrasada, pois peguei um congestionamento na Br 101que está com um desvio, todos os carros estão indo pela marginal, sentido Parnamirim-Natal, estou com um récem nascido de 5 meses, fiz o maior esforço para ir ao dentista e recusaram meu atendimento porque cheguei 15 min atrasada, um descaso e um desrespeito com o cliente, meu atendimento é por plano odontológico, aposto que se fosse particular eu teria sido atendida.

I have been a customer for more than a year, today 25/08, I arrived 15 min late, because I caught a traffic jam at Br 101 that has a detour, all the cars are going along the road, towards Parnamirim-Natal, I have a new born of 5 months, I made the greatest effort to go to the dentist and they refused my service because I arrived 15 min late, neglect and disrespect for the client, my service is due to a dental plan, I bet that if it were private I would have been attended.

Mas aconselho a mudar essa recepcionista que nunca atende o telefone e no dia que eu fui não tinha ninguém pra abrir a porta, fiquei 5min esperando quem abriu a porta foi uma cliente. Nunca vi uma recepcionista não tá na porta pra abrir ou atender um telefone.
I honestly didn't like it. Not by dentists, they're great. But I advise changing this receptionist who never answers the phone and the day I went there was no one to open the door, I was waiting for 5 minutes who opened the door was a client. I've never seen a receptionist not at the door to open or answer a phone.
