O consultório é muito bem localizado, limpo e com materiais de uma qualidade que, honestamente, não havia visto em João Pessoa. Já marquei todo o tratamento com ela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra. Tais atendeu com 30 minutos de atraso. E nem sequer olhou minha boca e me indicou uma radiografia. Suspeitei que a mesma não quis me atender pois não conseguiu confirmar a consulta pelo plano. Mas na recepção identifiquei que a Dra estava confirmando pelo código incorreto. Mas mesmo com o código correto negou-se a me atender informando que já havia passado do meu horário de atendimento e que para iniciar os procedimentos precisaria primeiramente de uma radiografia. Desculpa, mas foi evidente a falta de profissionalismo, empatia com o paciente, amor pela profissão e a má vontade de atender. Por isso, se você marcou sua primeira consulta com a Dra. Tais, primeiramente faça uma radiografia e leve na consulta para não perder tempo, caso contrário ela nem olhará na sua boca.
Dr. Tais answered 30 minutes late. And he didn't even look at my mouth and show me an X-ray. I suspected that she did not want to see me because she was unable to confirm the appointment by the plan. But at the reception I identified that the Dra was confirming by the incorrect code. But even with the correct code, he refused to answer me, informing me that it was past my office hours and that to start the procedures I would first need an x-ray. Sorry, but it was evident the lack of professionalism, empathy with the patient, love for the profession and the unwillingness to attend. So, if you made your first appointment with Dr. Tais, first do an x-ray and take it to the appointment so as not to waste time, otherwise she won't even look in your mouth.
